We really enjoyed our stayed :)
 We stayed here for 1 night in a Deluxe with Balcony Room and really enjoyed our stayed.
The rooms are spacious , clean and the bed so comfortable. 
The balcony is big enough to go out to sitting, chilling and admire the atmosphere of the garden in the middle of the hotel. Great Service.
Friendly Staff. Good Location. Delicious Japanese food. Great outdoor pool.

Superb hotel, from the moment you arrive you treated very well. My wife in Thai, so we have stayed in lots of hotels in Bangkok. The room was spotless, cleaned to a high standard every day if we wanted. The staff were very Professional, helpful and very friendly. From the restaurant staff, to the check in staff, to the lobby staff etc, all very good. The breakfast buffet is awesome, so much variety of great food. We also tried the seafood buffet one night which was tremendous value for money and lovely. The staff even came and got my 5 year old daughter from breakfast to feed the koi carp each morning, a lovely gesture. If I was being really picky, and had to pick something that could be better, it's that apart from the great outdoor pool, there is nothing for children, no softplay or indoor or outdoor play area. But that would be only only thing. We check out tomorrow to go to Krabi, but have booked Pullman King Power again for when we arrive back on 21/06/22 for our last 4 nights before going back to the UK. We will also recommend this great hotel to our friends, and stay here again on our return. Brilliant hotel and staff. Derek, Orasa and little Caitlin

Check in was fast, staff and manager were very friendly and polite. Service, room was clean and comfortable. Staff always had smiles on their. But like all Thai hotels, satellite tv wasn’t clear. We decided to try their seafood buffet and that was the only bad thing about the hotel. This is something that the hotel should work on.

Great service. Hotel contacted to confirm the stay and even send a thank you letter after stay. Hotel provide great BF include variety of bread and dimsum, though I wish they had egg Benedict in the egg station. As a platinum member, they also have executive lounge and cocktail from 17.00-19.00. The welcome drink also came with extra-presentation. The BTS is nearby if you wish to travel anywhere.

we ordered for tomatoes and cucumber, at the breakafast table. because my mom is a pure vegetarian. they denied. and acted like they dont know what those vegetables are. very bad mangement, rude staff. no respect and concern for guests and their comfort. all the wrong credits go to Mrr James Sangkachot. the food and beverage manager who has failed in managing their staff. good luck to ppl still going to book this hotel.

I would like to highlight on the first day our management team met your mother and apologized for our unacceptable first impression given by some of our team members, this was mainly due to language barrier from all parties involved. Our chefs went on to create their version of Aloo Paratha which was much appreciated by your mother, considering they are not familiar with Indian cuisine their sincere approach to please our guests should not go unnoticed. We do have a wide selection of vegetarian options for our guests which includes a wide range of cereals, fruits, salad bar, breads including gluten free. We also have our all day dinning menu that has vegetarian options available for our guests to enjoy. Very nice accommodations from the time you get to the property. The lobby is huge with semi private seating areas. Refreshments can be purchased in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is very good. The bakery is excellent, but the weekend Crab Buffet I would consider over rated. I had better seafood buffets in Oregon and Washington at tribal casinos. Service was outstanding and the rooms were very modern and clean. Nicest stay I have had the pleasure to have.

Our family stayed at the hotel for nearly a month on and off over Christmas/New Year this year. The room was comfortable, international breakfast buffet is not to be missed. The best we have ever had. The staff at the Cuisine Unplugged restaurant is very accommodative and friendly. One of the waitresses, Nikki, took very good care of our family especially my 5 year old son. Overall, we had a great experience and would return when we come back to Bangkok again.

firstly, during check in, the receptionist informed me that despite me cancelling my old booking (before making new one) my card was still charged. That originally, they said that my booking is non-refundable, and after some explanation and showing the proof of my booking through accor, their solution is to email the hotel, which is abit time consuming on my end as i have cancelled the booking which has free cancellation terms ; ie free cancellation upto 3 days before arrival, i arrived at 12th of April and I cancelled on the 31st of March which is 12days prior to my arrival). And until the time of writing this review, i have yet to receive the refund of that old booking. Secondly, as the bed in our room which was advertised as "king bed", was actually just queen bed, thus we booked another room) using my accor member first for the first few nights. For this matter we didnt complain as we know that some hotels do this. However, as my partner also wanted to use his stay plus, he used his accor member and that we decide to extend for another 2 nights (he booked through accor app in which one night by using stayplus and another night by paying), but the hotel said that as we didnt confirm with the hotel regarding using the stay night we have to pay for both nights. However i got a call before going down to the reception, and they were asking about our rooms, and i have confirmed with him that i will be extending my room and he will be extending his room too in which i have said that each of us will use 1 stay plus each for the 1st extended night and the 2nd extended night by paying. This is clearly a mistake done by the hotel or a miscommunication on their part. Thirdly, as we passed through the hotel's restaurant a staff didnt greet us (we are asians) whereas when a westerner passed through beside us, the staff immediately greeted him. This is clearly a racist treatment. As a customer of Accorhotels group for many years, i find the standard of this particular hotel to be below the standard of the usual Accor brand hotels.

Since there was a test & go requirement for foreigner to enter Bangkok, I had two reservations, 1 for test and go and 3 nights for the normal stays. The check in for the test and go was smooth, room was clean and spacious. Food was excellent. However, for my 2nd reservation, when i was about to amend to 2 nights, the reception told me my test and go package yet paid. So i have to make payment before i cant amend. Funny thing is the pullman had sent confirmation to me before and a receipt it is fully paid. But then told me it was not paid, the second receptionist was quite rude and sounds like i was cheating. Finally i made a new payment for my test and go package which was deducted from my 3 night from second reservation. But so far, i donot receive any status point and night for my accor. I donot think hotel really welcome accor member (gold), nothing is special. Somehow i thinks The receptionists need much improvement with their language barried and attitude
