Nice Location. Appreciate the hospitality of staffs. The meal items are delicious and tasty. However, the WiFi of the hotel is really terrible during my stay. I cannot connect the WiFi easily but the connection was easily lost.
This is my second time of my staying at Pullman Bangkok Pingpower. There are two (02) reasons for me to comeback are good buffet and conveniently connect to BTS station. About buffet, it is a vasts number of choices for your breakfast and dinner. In addition, seafood is fresh and delicious. For transportation, the hotel located 700m far away from BTS Victory Monument, then it is convenient for me to travel. To me, I definitely comeback to Pullman Bangkok Kingpower when having a trip in BKK.
Stayed at Sukhumvit area for my first 2 nights in Bangkok but then moved to king power. Location is suitable for quiet nights. Nothing much around the vicinity. Did not went to the king power outlet next door, can't comment much on it. Shoutout to the premium lounge personals, thanks for the hospitality.
I had wonderful treatment with le spa at Pullman. Therapist is professional and have amazing hand. Spa is so quiet u will feel relax since u step into spa. Next to spa there is nice swimming pool.Manager is so lovely and friendly. Highly recommend.
We stayed 3 nights at the Pullman Kingpower with access to the executive lounge. Reception was professional accommodating and user friendly. We love the happy hour at the executive lounge and the staff were wonderful. We also had a one hour thai massage at the spa which we enjoyed very much, Location could be far from some of the other place of interest but with Grab, Bolt and taxis it’s wasn’t a problem for us. We definitely will stay here again.
Having stayed here many times since it opened when I had top status with Accor, this was my first visit after a few years and was hoping that the service, offers and benefits had not changed. I need not have worried as some familiar faces were in the lobby on arrival and after check in formalities in the lounge, we were escorted to our executive room which was clean, modern and there seemed to have been some refurbishment since our last visit. There are many benefits offered in the exec rooms such as King Power airport lounge access, complimentary vouchers for the adjoining duty free outlet or the Mahanakhon skywalk. A 40% discount voucher for Cuisine Unplugged restaurant was also provided which we used for the seafood buffet on one of the nights of our stay. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and a big shout to Yard who worked in the Lobby and Wut who looked after us in the lounge. I always found the rooms here exceptionally quiet and the beds very comfortable which enabled a great nights sleep. The lounge 'happy hour' provided a good choice of drinks and cocktails with decent food on offer as well. We had the choice to take breakfast in Cuisine Unplugged or the executive lounge and we used both during our three night stay. Although there is an array of different food types in the restaurant, my personal choice was eating in the lounge for a more relaxed atmosphere. Rangnam Road on which the hotel is located is not as 'touristy' as other areas of Bangkok and although it has had improvements over the years, I find it much more preferable than the likes of Sukhumvit Road. On this trip, we decided to avoid the taxi from the airport as we only had hand luggage and for 45THB, the Airport Rail Link took you to Phaya Thai station (approx 30 minutes) which is very close to the hotel. Take the Skytrain from Phaya Thai to Victory Monument (one stop) and walk through the shopping mall to Rangnam Road. This option can also be much quicker as we have spent many protracted periods in a taxi queuing to get through the traffic around Victory Monument. The more adventurous could walk directly from the airport rail link terminal, but many could find that challenging with luggage and the heat. There used to be a complimentary tuk tuk parked outside Century Mall that would take you to the hotel, but we never saw it on this trip so perhaps it has been suspended post covid, however, it is only a short walk and easily doable with hand luggage. The Pullman is a great choice for value and convenience and we will certainly be back.…
Excellent - location good - staff friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast spread is so vast - you name it they have it ! The ony thing that I did not like is the omelette ! Not to international standards - but all the rest superb ! You even get pink salmon - raw fish for your breakfast ! The evening cocktail is also very attractive- you dont need to spend on dinner as they serve snacks too
What a great experience we have ever had! Felt so good for the first time we stepped in the hotel! Stunning service and staff! Thank you to the lady who showed us around at the hotel lobby and led us to the lounge to check in. Checking in was so smooth with Khun Wut. Important information was nicely shared. Staff at the lounge were excellent. Thank you to all of you for our memorable stay at Pullman King Power!
I'd have to say, I've had the loveliest experience with the setup of the hotel rooms and the accommodation it brings. I'd expected less because we booked the hotel at a very affordable rate (Thank you Accor All!) but alas! When we got to the hotel, it felt like a fever dream! 4 Things Made up our stay, as follows: a. Room - From the toiletries, amenities, thread count of sheets, bottled water, and spacious room, there is nothing more gratifying after a long day of touring than to come home to the comfort of our hotel room! The bed feels super great, and we did not have difficulty settling in. b. Service - Special shoutout to the Front Desk team, especially to San T, for accommodating our requests and for the tips in navigating Bangkok on our first time! I have had a hiccup on the first day (I left my wifi dongle at the GrabCar) and the Hotel Staff did not hesitate to assist me and communicate directly with the driver (I don't speak Thai). c. Junction Bar - The Sugar-free Iced Peach and Blueberry/Pomegranate tea are to die for! I enjoyed what they're offering! d. Gym and Pool - Great access and great amenities! The infinity pool is so big, that swimming on it became my extended cardio after going to the gym. All in all, the best experience I've had!…
We stayed for 4 nights in Jan 2023 using a Luxury Escapes package and I must say I was impressed. Despite the hotel being more than 10 years old, which I would have normally avoided (as newness matters a lot to me), it is being maintained to a high standard - from the renovated lobby, inviting lap size pool, manicured garden and fish pond, to the renovated and spotless room. We stayed in a Deluxe room (I believe Deluxe rooms were renovated within the last 5 years) with access to the Executive lounge. The canapés provided from 5-7pm were enough to fill our bellies as dinners, with fried rice, seafood, fruits and sushi, along with free flow alcohol, cocktail/mocktail, juice and hot drinks. Bravo to the hotel for a job well done.
