We stayed here for one night as we needed somewhere close to the airport. The location was very good. It is a little out the way and down a smaller road so no noise from main road etc. Short taxi drive away from malls and the airport. Hotel is very good - Clean, great spacious room and amenities very impressed, good breakfast, there was also a pool but we didn’t use this - little dirty, staff were great and helpful. No complaints and I would recommend staying here for convenience to the hotel. They also offer free transport to and from airport which was really good!

The staff were very friendly and great to deal with. I was collected promptly from the airport and delivered back in time for my fight, I had a great freshly cooked lunch overlooking the clear large pool surrounded by nice gardens. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

My domestic flight landed to BKK 9.05pm, grabbed my bag and I waited at the appointed waiting stop at door 3 from 9.20pm, nobody held up my name (I have photos showing the waiting drivers). I phoned hotel several times through Skype - no answer. I also emailed - no answer. At 10.03pm a lady finally held up my name, then told me to wait for the driver - waited until 10.15pm. It is the exact same price 150 baht to get a taxi yourself from airport, and would be much much faster. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms lovely, and my transfer from hotel to airport was perfect - very kind driver. Hotel tried to charge me 870 BAHT for an upgrade I did not ask for. Don't book with booking basic - I did, and I paid for room including return airport transfer but the hotel would not honour it, so I had to pay the transfer then claim back from Booking Basic. Book with Agoda instead.…

We apologize for the wait and inconvenience of your arrival airport transfer. We admitted it was the mistake of our airport representative that missed your arrival information and didn’t show your name on time. We are deeply sorry about this and took disciplinary action for that staff. We are grateful for your kind comments on our room and the transfer from hotel to the airport. Another point that we need to clarify with you is about UPGRADE CHARGE which you may misunderstood that this is for upgrading ROOM TYPES as the room you got was our Executive Garden Room ( your reservation was for Deluxe room) Somehow this was the miscommunication between you and our host team. Because the extra charge was for upgrading the RATE TYPE for ROOM ONLY to Room +Transfer+ ABF which you made through AGODA and Agoda instructed the hotel to amount to charge from you. This is because the time you e-mailed to us requesting the airport transfer, we advised you that your booking is for ROOM ONLY so the transfer charge is THB 150/ person/one way. So you contacted Agoda to upgrade RATE TYPE. However, as you didn’t have the breakfast so we only charge you THB 300.- for the cost of round trip airport transfer. This lower charges caused us lot of issues with Agoda as they asked for commission on the amount over thousand that they instructed us to charge you extra. We take this opportunity to tell all the readers here to make sure to book the rates type that meet with your requirement. On our hotel website we have the several rate types that you can choose which specific clearly no hidden or mislead information. Moreover, the rates on our website is guaranteed lowest rates. We recently stayed here and I cannot say enough about how kind the staff were to us. My husband lost his wallet on our way to the airport. We only realized once through security. We contacted the hotel, they checked for us and found it in the hotel shuttle car. Then drove back to the airport as quickly as they could to bring it to us. The driver would not even accept our tip. Thank you to all the staff, your kindness and honesty will not be forgotten.

spent 3 days at Utiny and was impressed with friendly efficient service, cleanlimess of room and excellent food (best Massamam curry in Thailand), nicely setting even not easy walking distance to shops but fast taxi service and good tours to be orgenised, ideal also for families with kids with a safe swimming pool

This is a great option for a quick stay over in Bangkok. It’s near BKK (15 mins), serves a good breakfast, rooms are not fancy but nice and clean. It has a small pool. Transfer is included in the price -

Saw this recommended on a travelers blog and wasn't disappointed. Needed a place to stay after flying into Subarnaphum airport and flying out the next morning. Just got a taxi from the airport, it was about 150B. "Yuu tee nee" they call it and the driver knew where it was and didn't need GPS. It's not so tiny, 3 floors, looks rather new, big rooms, elevator. Nice front desk, they gave me free ice. They also have a 150B shuttle to the airport, which you need to schedule. They were waiting when I was ready to go. PROTIP: Since the BKK airport is in the middle of nowhere, far from the city, eat at the airport in the Street food court on the 1st floor (around 100B) before going.

U-tiny Boutique A convenient stopover near Bangkok Airport if you need a short stay and don’t want to endure the heavy traffic coming in and out of town. It’s a small apartment complex with a dozen of rooms. Basic breakfast is provided. Staff are friendly with limited English except one lady. We came on a very hot day nearing 39oC. The air-conditioning could not keep up with the heat. If you come during the hot season, insist on a room with good air-conditioning. The other point to be aware is that there is nothing nearby. So you will have to catch a cab to go out to do some shopping or grab something to eat.

AIR CONDITIONING: Since our opening for 4 years, we never have any complain or issue about this.
