We loved this hotel. It has a distinctive boutique vibe, cheerful, attentive staff (especially Stephanie from Peru), great breakfasts at J'aime and a pool that brings guests together. The rooms are very well maintained and spacious and the overall impression is that of a hidden urban retreat yet you're only minutes from many of the city's attractions. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

I had visited U Sathorn 6 years prior while traveling solo and wanted to show my wife this hidden gem in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint. We had stayed at Skyview hotel for 5 days prior to checking in at U Sathorn. Sadly Skyview was a huge letdown. Thankfully U Sathorn made up for it. As before we were greeted and welcomed warmly by front desk staff who saw that we had arrived early for check in but checked us in and offered our room immediately. We got to customize the hand soap for our room and upon seeing the grounds and the general vibe of the hotel my wife just fell in love with it. She asked "why didn't we stay here the whole time??" To which I apologized and we had a great laugh. The crowd is mostly families and couples and is very peaceful. U Sathorn is a very special place and you'll understand if you ever have the opportunity to stay here. We tried the restaurant onsite and it didn't disappoint. Some of the best dining experiences I've ever had while traveling at a reasonable price for a Michelin star restaurant. The morning breakfast had a wide selection of offerings and amazing a la carte selections. We had a view from the terrace overlooking the grounds and my wife just sighed with delight. The serving staff were also very efficient and friendly. My only negative is that the rooms are getting old. Though the layout is still great the scuff marks and general wear and tear is starting to show. It didn't bother my wife but I had been here previously when it was fairly new so it was noticeable to me. BUT I'm happy to say there grounds, amenities and service are still first class. Location was an issue as per my last review but with the adoption of ride share apps and navigation apps for drivers it isn't as much of an issue as it was in the past. As before there is a shuttle that can take you to the metro station but it runs on a schedule now. My last review I said that I was not sure if I would return. But if you ask me would I stay at U Sathorn again for a 5 star experience?? Most definitely!

Thank you Khun Kudd and all the hotel staff who serve us with bright smile and full service mind since the beginning and made our wedding day the perfect one😄 I'm so glad we chose the hotel for our wedding. The wedding package is reasonable and affordable, on top of that the food tasted very delicious, and the hotel's atmosphere is beautiful, our guests enjoy so much with both the venue and food here.
