Dated hotel and while the room is big, it is old and tired looking. Some things were not working in my room but I just tolerated and I was just too lazy to move given I will be staying for a week with many things already unpacked from the luggage. Fridge stopped working after 1 night. The shower can only operate the rain shower but not the hand shower due to a faculty switch. Housekeeping would missed towels at times. Some towels can be smelly. Wi-Fi is slow and I couldn’t log twice as the error stated that there were multiple log in and too many users using the account. I guess they didn’t generate a unique Wi-Fi account for each room and everyone might be sharing some common accounts. When I checked out on 18 Mar, their system was down and they mentioned that an invoice will be emailed to me within the day. After 3 days, I still don’t have the invoice. Terrible! Do consider other hotels. I noticed many angry customers during my stay with some asking to cancel their reservations.…
As I write this review I am into my Day 2 out of 3 days. After a tiring day, I intended to use the 5-Star hotel's facilities of sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. To my disappointment, all 3 facilities were down and there was no signage to inform people. It is unacceptable, isn't it?
Actually i want to rate this hotel 3 stars but due to the staff service i rate this review 5 stars. I stayed in room 1905 but been room move and upgraded to Suite room 1401 as there is some defects in the room. The Service recovery been done promptly by the FOM and GEM Ms Sara without me coming to the reception to feedback. Restaurant at level 2 : Breakfast everyday is the same thing it’s better to get a meal outside as terminal 21 is just opposite the streets, however the Team Member by the name of Ivy is very friendly and nice. Room Service : If your hungry in the middle of the night this hotel, there is a 24hrs room service and the food is nice love it!! Front Office : Front Office team is very nice too especially the Bellman by the name Mr Jui. Swimming Pool : The swimming pool is small for a 5 star standard but it’s small issue for us. So far overall this hotel nice but remember when your out and want to comeback to the hotel from your shopping please gave the taxi’s or tuk tuk driver the right address of the hotel as there is other Pullman here in Bangkok.…
I have visited this hotel with friends who choose to stay here.. first impression from staff very friendly and try to help us with where to go and nice places to check point in bangkok.. recommended to stay as hotel in prime area as well
My sister and I spent a couple of nights here in February. The Hotel was modern and very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Excellent gym facilities, great location near two train stations, with lots of restaurants nearby. The Concierge was amazing, we almost missed a pre-paid dinner cruise because we underestimated the Bangkok traffic. The Concierge helped us to hail a taxi during the peak rush (which wasn't easy as we had tried ourselves unsuccessfully for 10 minutes). He explained the situation to the cabbie and through some remarkable backstreet driving we were able to make it just in time to our Cruise. We were very grateful for the Concierge's help.
Close to night life area and terminal21 including BTS asoke station. The room was nice and the lobby is big. Food are vality, breakfast is ok not that bad and regular like others hotel. If you looking for place located in heart of city is this here
Hi Want to give them 3.5 on 5 .But gave them 4 . Let me start with Good Points 1. Excellent location very close to.Asoke Skytrain . Terminal 21 right next to it . 2 .We got a great deal for High Floors , which has excellent View . 3 Rooms are nice , big and spacious whatever you think to be in the room . Check in and check out was smooth and they gave us rooms till 2.30 . Swimming pool is small and functional. Health club is nice Now the Points where the hotel needs to work on 1. Service . 2 You call the operator by Dialing 0 , one has to call sometime a few times for an operator to answer . We had to wait for 10 min to connect and get water bottles . 3. Drainage in shower Area in my room was an issue as I had to wait for the water to clear . 4 Breakfast ,Please have some change in the menu . We didn't want to have breakfast from 3rd day onwards as same stuff everyday make things boring 5. There was some major sewer issue on 29th Jan evening and the whole lobby and the lower floors were stinking . These are issues which can be resolved and still give a better experience of the property …
The second time that I had stayed and was quite amazed how it had deteriorated in 5 years Upgraded to a club room (without privileges) after initially being sent to an occupied room. Thankfully, nobody was there. Found the staff very pleasant and helpful, especially Ashley on reception, who helped me with a document. I think they are doing an excellent job under difficult circumstances. Have to say the breakfast offering was appalling, and I'm not entirely sure what the orange juice was meant to be.
The hotel is amazing. The location, transportation and service are incredible. (The best location for MRT-BTS you can take 5 minutes walk) I am so impressed to two lovely staff Bie and Zara. They are so adorable.Thank you very much for warm welcome and hope to see you on my next trip.
The few positives first: Architecture..interesting design, quite striking, and obvsly, great location. Lobby level bar/cafe good service, attentive team Otherwise..only negatives Pre-check-in: i should as a high level ACCOR member receive online checkin. Nope. Real life checkin: not given welcome drinks, not explained .. facilities/lounge access etc, nothing! Room: good bed/nice desk. 1990s style for sockets (few...!) Several signs of poor maintenance in fixtures & fittings. Poor wifi speed...netflix buffering not loading so slow. Public spaces: poor maintaining. On my floor, a light fitting fallen out from above a nearby room door, on the floor....still there 8 hours later. Coffee cups etc dropped in elevator alcove seen at 2330 still there at 0900 next day. Handrail in one elevator loose...until 3rd day not repaired, i could go on but will not. Went to club lounge to find it closed ...locked...not even any signage. Breakfast: dissapointing in both variety & quality. We are regulars at Mercure Soi 24, Novotel Soi 20, even Ibis Riverside, brekkie better. In summary, the worst experience i ever had in a Pullman brand property...not even worth close to the price paid...i.am now in mercure soi 24, paying for 3 nights less than 2 nights in this pullman, with WAY more value Public spaces…
