My second hotel in Thailand, moved in after my 3 day visit from Pattaya, The Staff is super friendly and gave me all necessary information, I found the rooms to be super clean and the amenities surpassed my expectations, definitely value for money! And the view from the balcony is stunning!

We stayed here for a couple nights on arrival to Bangkok. This was our quarantine hotel. It was easy to find and an ok distance from the main airport. Although quite a way out from the centre of town. Staff were super friendly, attentive (taking our bags and bringing them to our room), professional and spoke good English. We had a few issues before arrival with double payments and changing of rooms, which was a little frustrating. We extended our stay because of a change of plans but unfortunately had to move from the first room we stayed in, which was better than the second. Also the pool was out of service - due to covid they said - which wasn’t stated anywhere before booking. So it’s worth asking if you’re considering this place. The rooms were nice, great big bed, nice bathroom and a nice balcony in the first room. Nice to watch the sunrise. We only quarantined for 5 hours before we got our results, which wasn’t bad. And the food from the restaurant at the hotel was great. We are vegan/vegetarian and it really catered greatly to our needs. Super good Overall our experience at this hotel was ok, I would return if the pool was working and the stresses of double payment wouldn’t occur.

This is my first time to Thailand, and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff are extremely friendly, from the front desk, to the security guard to the house keeping, and they go out of their way to assist you. Rooms are spacious and nice, and I highly recommend. The location is just outside of the city.

We booked as part of our quarantine process for entering Thailand. Easy booking process and friendly staff on arrival. The rooms are spacious and modern with some English TV channels and a comfy sofa (for our 2 person room). Food was delicious! Thank you.

Really good stay for a good price. Check in was fast and organised. Welcome drink and snack received at 9pm when arrived. Tested at the hotel at 9pm, wasn’t too bad and not painful just a bit unpleasant. received results through line at about 3am. There was options of frozen food ready meals which you could order at night for cheap price. This was good as my sleeping pattern was all over the place. I checked out 1 hour late at 1pm instead of 12pm. They were kind and understanding. Breakfast was included but I didn’t eat as I had food at night. You get a choice for what you want when you check in. There was a metered taxi right there at the hotel which meant I paid 95 baht to my next hotel instead of 280 baht as quoted by grab. The staff were lovely and kind. Anything I would ask them through line they would respond. Very good service from start to finish. I was nervous about the test and method but I was treated well and pleasantly surprised. I would recommend for the price. Not too far away from SVB airport

It was my 3rd stay in Royal Suite Hotel under Quarantine rules. This time just one night for Test & Go. Everything was again well organised! Pickup from BKK, arrived at hotel a PCR Test, Check in. The room was very comfortable, clean and large. Fast Internet as well! Communication to reception via line was perfect. After 8 hours (!!) I got the information that my PCR Test is negativ. All in all I highly recommend to choose this hotel for AQ. If Covid still on over this year, I will come back!

It's beyond a hotel but a serviced apartment with spacious space for one person(a deluxe room 45sqm, room6002), wooden floor, big balcony and equipped with all necessary home appliances (fridge, microwave, smart TV, electric stove, kitchen sink) which made me feel at home. Food is served on time hot and big portion, varieties of menu per day can be chosen by myself and very tasty as it's served by an Italian cuisine located right at the hotel. Professional, friendly, quick, and 24-hour service is provided by officers and nurses via LINE. I really enjoy my stay and the balcony is really a big value which a cloth hanger can be requested all mentioned above made my 10-day ASQ went so quickly and pleasantly and I hope to come back after the pandemic.
