I had a great experience at Beat Hotel. Front reception service was always good & helpful. Changed my room immediately when I found the safe box wasn’t working. Totally love the quirky decor! Room was clean. However, there was a musty smell when I first moved in probably due to the drop in tourist arrivals since the pandemic. The location is good- close to the BTS station and there’s a 7-11 right in front. Would definitely stay again next time I am in Bangkok.
I stayed at The Beat Hotel over NYE and had a pleasant experience. The room was decorated in a nice artsy style. Not too gaudy or weird. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is great. A lot of food at the W District just outside. 7-11, a nice massage shop and nail salon across the courtyard. I found the staff to be friendly and kind.
I have stayed 3 times in this hotel since they open. But this time will be the last. Despite of nice decor room and good breakfast 🙏, the reception give us hard time while check out. She insisted us to pay 1100 just for the dirty small towel that we used to cleaned the mess in bed room. Our toodler was vomit his chocolate last nite, and house keeper may be take some time to come. Reception want us to pay 1100 B only for dirty small towel? So ridiculous. And our grab taxy waiting for us to go to airport, she still want to argue. Management need to pay attention to her. Otherwise, you will loose another loyal customer.
I was really surprised at check out when they charged me 200 Baht for the slippers in the room. I used them and they were dirty so I thought i could wear them on the flight and dispose them. When I told the staff I had used them and they were dirty I was shocked they said they clean them and keep for the next guest!!! Not great practice. They are disposable slippers. I have stayed in hotels across many countries and this has never happened.
Beat Hotel is a very nice place decorated with cool artwork. The staff is super nice and all the rooms are neat and tidy. Good breakfast is provided from 6:30 to 10 am, it’s pretty good as well. Will definitely come back next time I am in Bangkok!
Really hip art hotel. Lovely staff, very neat and well-designed rooms. Beautiful art on spaces in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Lovely breakfast. The hotel is next to Above Eleven, a chilled-out rooftop bar with a commanding view of Bangkok city.
I rarely to write the review of the places, hotels and others. But I decided to write it down, in case my review can help you to choose the best. I've managed our meetings here a lot at Beat Hotel, more than 10 meetings already. Most of our participants who have been stayed there, they loved and enjoyed their stays. We can say that only this hotel that has artwork in the room, which is the best option for who love artworks. The place is in the center of Bangkok, only 5 minutes walk to BTS Phra Khanong Station which you can access to other places very convenience. It is valuable price of the room accommodation. So, We highly recommend you to stay at this hotel when you come to Bangkok.... and If you wish to manage the meeting in Bangkok, it is perfect place. Thank you!
For it's price, the service, breakfast and rooms are really great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Kuhn Mo at the reception helped me get camera film ordered within an hour via motorbike after I failed to find a photo shop that still sold film! Not just him, but the entire staff especially at reception and at the kitchen staff are super friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 8 days and everyday they changed the breakfast, which was always exciting to wake up to. Their lunch menus are also great at an affordable price. Location: close to a train station!! It is located in an artsy area and there is a great open air food court just outside the hotel. There's also a sky bar next door worth checking out. Room: modern, cool, funky designs. Only negative feedback, (partially blame myself for not informing staff), the doors or the walls (not sure which) are quite thin so you can hear the other guests walking in and out of the rooms and in the hallway. If you leave a door open without the keycard inserted in the room, the door starts to beep, which is what happened when someone left the room at around 4 and I had to physically get up to shut it. On floor 2, there is also a buzzing/ humming sound which can be heard throughout the night, I'm sound sensitive so I had some trouble falling asleep. I'm giving 5 stars because the value for the price is great and the staff are wonderful.…
We have stay here for 4 times, all are good. Reception is friendly and helpful. They recommend very nice restaurant and travel places with how to go there. The room is chic and swimming pool is nice, very near convenience store and big food markets. BTS skytrain is just 5 minute and very convenient to travel in city center. Highly recommend! it's very warm and good place to visit for Bangkok trip.
Look at the hotel pic and we make decision to book this hotel. look great and we feel excited to stay this hotel. Once reached, front desk service it’s good, BUT once we check in and step in our room there have COCKROACH to welcome us 😦 After we kill the cockroach and we saw there have lots of ANTS on bed, floor, table, Everywhere! 😰 Omg, first day in Bangkok then already have this bad experience, Very disappointed and wonder why they have good reviews. All wall can see toilet it’s like leaking, everything look old, the price is not worth for this kind hotel. Will not come anymore. Not recommend. For this price and nearby BTS I believe there have lot of choice.
