Reviewed yesterday NEW

Royal Ivory is located a shot away from "the action" so the place is quiet but not obsolete: Just a few hundred metres and you are in the centre of the NANA fun. I was especially impressed by the front desk staff - a very lively, friendly team with charming Khun Apple to lead

I was here with other two friends and the lady at front desk were good prior to our arrival at the hotel, checked in were smoothly with free upgrade on our room. Breakfast was good too and staff who is taking breakfast were asking for meal voucher which we haven't got but staff were allowing us to enter breakfast buffet... More

Stayed for a night. Staff was friendly, room was neat and clean. Furniture in room was bit old showing signs of withering away. All good things of Bangkok present in same Street, Soi4. Terminal 21is 20 min by walk. Metro station nearby. It's a good economy hotel.

Located just 200 meters from Nana Plaza. Quite location near the nightlife. The standard rooms are nothing special but the low cost and location served the purpose for solo travel. Guest Friendly, stronger internet connection than my last stay here. Aircon runs a little cool. No balcony..

Skip this place, near prostitutes, terrible breakfast, bad service. You know who their clientele is when the minibar offers different types of condoms along side the other snacks in the snack basket. There is even a sign in the elevator that "girls/joiner" who accompany a guest doesn't have to pay, just leave ID at office.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. Do not expect a four star hotel at three star prices. The photographs on booking.com bear no resemblance to the rooms. We stayed at this hotel twice, both times for three nights. The first time the room was a really nice twin room (403 I think), obviously recently modernised. The second... More

It is shocking how terrible this place has turned out to become in a matter of few years. The entire property is in a sorry and neglected state. Their rooms, bathrooms, lobby, furniture, Etc., all are in tatters. The breakfast is a shame too. Never ever going back ever again.

For a Business meeting I had again visited this hotel on 23rd October for 3 nights. Service no doubt good, complimentary breakfast was so so due to limited options in Vegetarian. But, we enjoyed the breakfast with normal bread butter and fresh fruits. I prefer this hotel due to its central location and spacious rooms.Furthermore, I have couple of Indian... More

The worst hotel ever used. Prostitutes adorn the street the staff don't care. The shower never worked even after 3 days of repairs. Breakfast was cold and fit for prisoners, possibly. Never return to this hotel or Soi 4.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
