Given the fact that i received a discounted room rate due to my volunteering, it was great value for money. However i would return even if i was'nt receiving a discounted rate. The staff are friendly and helpful and the swimming pool on the roof...More
Bad service and cockroaches everywhere! We asked to move but they said the whole hotel was busy...we were definitely the only guests. Their website is misleading and says it's pretty much central when actually it took an hour and a half to get to koh...More
We stayed here at the beginning of our 9 month trip, the staff's English isn't amazing (not a problem) but they were the most helpful staff we have come across yet - very friendly and always there to offer advice on how to get to...More
The service in the hostel was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was a little small, especially for a wheelchair user like me. The ramp in front of the hostel was too steep for the wheelchair. For sightseeing in Bangkok the hostel is a...More

I know they have some sort of service for outings in town but I never used them nor enquired about them. Taxis are the cheapest I've ever found and public transport is also close by: the nearest MRT station is LAD PHRAO and can be reached in 10/15 mins by taxi or 25/30 mins by bus. From there it's only two stops to the Skytrain station, Buses are impossibly cheap and not necessarily slower than taxis since they both have to cope with the murdering traffic.
I'd advise to e mail them and enquire about it directly: I found the staff and the management very helpful and they'll surely be up to date with the services offered.
Nevertheless:feel free to ask me more questions at any time.
I will be returning to Bansabai later in autumn this year.
