It was our second stay in Pas Cher Hotel after 2 years. We were not disappointed. The hotel is simple but all you need for Bangkok sightseeing. Rooms are smaller and simply furnished but clean. Only down part is air condition in the room - it blows air directly to bed. Breakfast has limited variety but its okay for few...

Stayed here with my partner for a week after getting a great deal online. Best thing about it is location to boat port and train station. I recommend using either of those (where possible) rather than getting cabs around town. We used Uber otherwise and Taxi's struggle to find the hotel. English isn't great throughout this hotel but they seems...

We booked this hotel months before our arrival in Bangkok with some uncertainty about the location we choosed, but it turns out perfect for us. You can get to the hotel from airport with skytrain (90 bath) and its just few minutes drive with tuk-tuk or taxi to the old town, temples or shopping centres. The only downside is that...

Far and away the biggest attraction of this hotel is its close proximity to Saphan Taksin, currently the only Skytrain (metro) station immediately adjacent to the Chao Phraya river, a vital artery in Bangkok's public transport infrastructure. From here you can take an express boat upriver to all the main tourist attractions including the Grand Palace. And the Skytrain provides...

Nice & simple room with all the basic you need for a room. Room is clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast is simple& pretty much the same everyday with only slight variation. Shower has no curtain so water everywhere in the bathroom. Room is not soundproof.

Great wee hotel down the back ally's of old Bangkok. Nice friendly staff at reception and very friendly guard at the front gate. Room came with breakfast in the price which was awesome, consisted of everything from toast to curries. Would definitely stay back there again.

As previous comments - great location for a sightseeing trip. Booked direct with hotel - via email. They upgraded us- but I think the only difference between rooms are size. Got a metered taxi from BKK which was 500 TB - just make sure that you have the hotel phone number on you, in case your taxi has any problems...

Very well locayed, less than 10 mins walk from either surasak BTS or saphan taksin BTS. Surasak is calmer and less busy, so find your way there. If you're using the riverboat for the Chao phraya, they are right by saphan taksin station so another big plus for the location. A 7-11 is by the end of the street and...

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
