Bliston Susan Park View was our home for 3 months earlier this year, based in two adjoining rooms which worked perfectly for a family of 4 with need for space for online school and work. Bliston is superbly located - downtown, a short walk from Central Chidlom, Mercury Ville, and Villa supermarket for groceries and everyday needs, and from the beautiful Central Embassy complex, Central World, Siam and other shopping areas.
Aside from its great location and lovely city skyline or park views, it’s Bliston’s staff that set it apart from other residences. We’re so grateful to the whole Bliston team and particularly to Khun To To who promptly followed up and resolved any issues and provided very helpful advice, and to Khun Nuch who very efficiently and cheerfully kept our room clean and in order. At the time we were there we were able to use the lovely pool and large gym - both of which are well maintained and pleasant places to spend time, and the staff very kindly kept our room when we travelled out of town for a short trip.
Rooms on the city side may get more noisy with building nearby, but Bliston remains a calm, friendly and very pleasant place to spend a short or medium stay in Bangkok, and we’ll certainly be going back. We are only leaving to stay closer to our children’s school.

And let me tell you some of them: 1. Huge space esp their Platinum room which has a living space, a small kitchen, a dining area and a spacious bedroom with bath 2. Location is great as it's very close to the Chidlom BTS and the surrounding malls 3. Decent buffet selection of local and western food fare 4. Lovely staff who are accommodating and friendly
When I was staying there for 3 weeks, they had a promo running which entitled residents to 3 pcs of free laundry each day. I thought that was such a cool promo because I didn't have to bring home a luggage-full of dirty clothes. hahaha.

We lived there 3+ years. All the time they took great care of us! The highlight is fantastic hospitality all the team there gave us: reception, waitress, cleaners, porter, back office and even engineers. Quick and high level or services you can expect. The restaurant offers tasty Thai food/drinks with reasonable price, particularly for food. Massage is also good. Very convenient location with 3 min walking distance from BTS Chitlom station.

Our family of four booked into a large room at the Bliston Suwan for our last two days in Bangkok. The hotel is close to two train stations, has spacious rooms and is somewhat dated – in charming 70’s wood-paneled station wagon kind of way.
I was extremely disappointed with the hotel’s approach to our reservation. We booked for four people via Expedia – 2 adults and 2 kids (11 &15). What we weren’t aware of, was the hotel did not consider a 15-year-old a child, so we had to pay for an extra bed (!). The hotel was quite stringent about this approach, and I had to spend about two hours getting a refund from Expedia (who will take this up with the hotel). Expedia was exceptional in dealing with this – though the booking issue was not their fault, they took the burden of navigating this issue for us with the hotel.
In my dealings with the hotel, I didn’t feel like a valued customer, the manager tried to avoid discussing this with us, and also told the staff he agreed on the arrangement with my husband prior (not true). Altogether, this left a fairly poor impression of the hotel and their value of customers. I would avoid unless new management is brought in.

However upon your arrival you would like to have another bed for your 11 years old child but it was not included so there was extra charge from the hotel. Some rooms have huge air condition fans in the balcony. Basically it's very unsafe and unpleasant to stay on the balcony while the fans are working. Also very little room as the big fans take roughly 50% of space of the balcony. We ware travelling with kids so l went to the reception to get other room that has no fans in the balcony. Next day we have got upgraded room but still one fan on the balcony.
The hotel is located in the city centre although right beside the hotel is sewage that smells very bad.

It was pretty nice, the staffs were nice to us even though they got our rooms checkout date mixed. The problem was soon solved. It’s very close to the Chit Lom Bts station, u dun even have to move ur luggage upstairs and downstairs as u can use the escalators inside the mall next to the station.

Booked this hotel as part of the D1 travel QO for entry into Thailand. Didn’t know what to expect but I must say we were pretty blown away! The room was huge and amenities were all included, we didn’t find any need to step out at all. The service was also detailed; we had our reservation under Ms Bum who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as hassle free as possible despite the covid measures in place. It didn’t feel like we had to do anything out of the norm at all. The porter was really helpful as well (didn’t get his name), would definitely give a special shout out to these two. Room service for dinner and breakfast were well within our expectations, and for the price we paid i would say definitely worth it! If anyone were looking for a place to do their Day 1 quarantine in Thailand i would definitely recommend this hotel. In the unlikely event your pcr was positive, this definitely did not feel like a cramped hotel room. 5/5 recommended!

Wouldn’t give this hotel 4 stars. Staff were very friendly, speak good English and kind. Gym / fitness suit is very dated, very ‘2000’, needs a touch up. Half of the hotel has been redecorated and half seems like it’s stuck in the 90s. Very disappointed with the breakfast, food was stone cold, I explained that to the staff and they did nothing. Egg was ‘hard boiled’, I don’t think it had been cooked. I mentioned to the receptionist that the food was cold, yet today food was still cold, so stuck to fruit and cereal, which I shouldn’t have to do paying for a ‘4 star hotel’. The shower head holder is also broken in our room so we have to hold up the shower when washing. After stating the aircon was leaking and the terrible breakfast they gave us drink and snack coupons, attached is a photo of the size of the snack for compensation, pretty appalling

Very nice hotel. Stayed here for 3 weeks in a premium room. Was very spacious, very large living & dining area, large settee & 2 armchairs. Round table with 4 chairs. Moving into an open plan kitchenette in the corner - fully equiped with anything you may need from plates/cutlery to fridge/freezer, microwave & washing machine. Seperate bedroom with large VERY COMFORTABLE bed. Smallish flat screen TV (not many English channels). Bathroom with bath & walk in shower. All amenities provided. The cleaner kept everything immaculate every day. I had breakfast provided in the deal, which is not a massive choice but I’m sure something for everyone. There is a lovely outdoor pool area, and also a sauna, steam room & gym. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful… especially Pond who helped me out many times 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The position of the hotel is just set back from a main road, on a very quiet green street, with a little canal (unused) out front where you can watch the monitor lizards 🦎 over the bridge. Very close to many malls and eateries Enjoyed my stay, only one thing that really needs attention- the WIFI !!! It’s really not good enough, you can’t make a wattsapp call without interruption and when you’re working it’s just not good enough to handle what you need … needs updating! Other than that a very pleasant stay. 5 min walk to BTS chit lom .
