Great location for the airport. Excellent resturant just down the road. But the evening entertainment by the pianist was outta this world somebody went back in time and dragged this guy back from the 1920's Excellent night great fun and the hotel staff were a great giggle as well

Hotel interior look like an old building, the room are more like selling their services as it is so don't expect much. Need more improvements in their services and facilities to become impressive. Won't go there again next time.

I made bookings in Agoda and they are all have been confirmed with booking confirmation via email. I contacted hotel staffs via call and LINE to confirm my booking. they had no any response or taking action just only told that it's been confirm if you got an email booking confirmation!!. And then once I got cancellation email about overbooking and unable to accommodate available rooms on upcoming check-in date. I suddenly contacted them to confirm and they said that it was full up for a long time before my booking. They accused that it might be error because of Agoda system. That's not point !!! I don't want any responsibility from hotel just only polite response for what to do next even I would had to book another hotel..that's fine.

There were cute small rabbits near the lobby they looked so fluffy. Talking about animals in the lobby there was an insanely cute golden retriever called lucky i assume he is a boy called lucky. He is also very friendly and can do many tricks 🐶

This hotel is very tired. Gloomy corridors, decor desperately needing an update, on second thoughts don't bother just pull the whole building down. It is FAR out of Bangkok. Many taxi drivers wouldn't even take us there, it's not even close to the airport. The aircon didn't work, there was no fan and no real window. A massive aircon machine roared outside our room. Also there was no hot water in the shower, hair on the sheets, etc.
And then we had to suffer the most unbelievable rudeness from staff when we asked for a refund for the second night's stay (even though we had already asked for it the night before). The young 'manager' ponced in and starting screaming at us "no, you listen to me, I not interested in what you say, we give no refund, we don't care, so there!" . Then slapping his hip for dramatic effect, he screamed one last word of abuse, and stormed off with his sidekick. Didn't learn customer service in any hospitality school I know about! Never, ever book this place. You have been warned!

I was meeting my boyfriend in Bangkok and he booked our first two nights in the Chaleena Princess. He made the mistake of paying in advance and was never given a receipt. The front desk said he only paid for one night, were incredibly rude, and refused to produce any documentation of our original payment. They kept stalling and telling us to wait for a manager who never showed up. After over an hour of being lied to and blown off, we cut our losses and switched hotels.

On top of this, the room smelled like mildew and the bathroom was moldy. Screw these guys.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights catching a plane from Bangkok airport but unfortunately due to flights problem with the protest going on in Bangkok my flights was cancelled. My comments in this hotel was presentable place for stopover but staff wasn't helpful enough. The receptionist couldn't understand and speak single English.
