I made bookings in Agoda and they are all have been confirmed with booking confirmation via email. I contacted hotel staffs via call and LINE to confirm my booking. they had no any response or taking action just only told that it's been confirm if you got an email booking confirmation!!. And then once I got cancellation email about overbooking and unable to accommodate available rooms on upcoming check-in date. I suddenly contacted them to confirm and they said that it was full up for a long time before my booking. They accused that it might be error because of Agoda system. That's not point !!! I don't want any responsibility from hotel just only polite response for what to do next even I would had to book another hotel..that's fine.
Hotel interior look like an old building, the room are more like selling their services as it is so don't expect much. Need more improvements in their services and facilities to become impressive. Won't go there again next time.
hotel needs a thorough renovation, wallpaper at room was torn, room key is very outdated, breakfast at the restaurant portioned and in a lot of mosquitoes, the parking lot located across the street, bathroom very badly, still using CRT tv
Room super run down not clean n hav dust n spicy webs everywhere, toilet is bad, breakfast is a joke of the millennium - 1 Room hav 2 vouchers n 1 voucher entitled to hav 1 private fried egg n 4 pieces of sliced sausage ONLY! My gawd. Smmre Its around 1.5k Baht per night with VAT. N wifiless. So think twice ha!
No Wifi. Breakfast was only eggs and hotdogs and for the price you should get a lot more. Far from anywhere. Hard bed. Cheaper and nicer elsewhere. Bugs bugs bugs. Air con worked well. Its like a ghost town in there. In the ghetto. No bus station really that close. Bathroom had only view to a wall. Elevator was GHETTO.
This Hotel really old and they charge like the 3 star hotel. 900 b./night. The staff at the front is ruin. no say hello or thanks you and when i ask more information, They just say we just have this room. no more choice. and when we get in the room. The smile so bad. The carpet and small bad of mold. The Bathroom so dirty and the hot shower not work at all. They only have 1 tower. no small tower. and the bad to solf like used for 100 year ago. and they forgot the drinking water in the room for us. I ask them and they say will bring to us. until the neat dat the date for check out we still not get it. And terrible Breakfast. Many chines group tour, So loud and they eat all food and all table so dirty. Many food left and the staff not clan for the next people. so so terrible. Oh. They say they have free wifi but can used only 1 min.!!!…
The hotel is far from the center, about 1 h by the boat. There was no electricity for one day, problem with hot water. Rooms were clean every day, but hotel was kind of old and neglected even that looks great from outside and on website... Nobody spoke English there, breakfast were very poor, also we couldn't sleep 2 nights , because there was some kids tour and they were screaming all night. I tried to change my room next day, but unfortunately nobody could understand what I was saying. Free Internet wasn't working I wouldn't go back , but the price was cheap so I guess I can say it was worth a price.
This is a partially refurbished old hotel. Some of the grand u're is still there, but the rehab has not been kind, nor completed. The reception staff is excellent. There was no WiFi, but the reception staff warned me when I checked in, the implication was that they would void the reservation if I wanted. The Breakfast was awful and the waitstaff was surly. They advertise 6:00 to 8:30 but by 8:00 there was no food. Location is awful unless you have business in the area. MRT/BTS was 100 bht cab ride away. The Mall is a 5km walk away.
By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Should have guessed by the sign on the roof missing letters, but we too were lured in by a decent looking reception area downstairs. Unfortunately, as we were on such a tight budget and we paid in full upfront, we had no option of changing hotel. In hindsight, perhaps we would've been better off sleeping under the small bridge out the front. As soon as we got in the elevator, we were concerned about the quality of the rest of the hotel. We readied ourselves to be underwhelmed, but still weren't prepared for this. The theme of the 7th floor is a cross between "haunted hotel" and "bad serial killer movie". Really set the tone for a relaxing weekend. This ambience was followed through to the individual rooms, where no effort nor expense was spared in making the theme as realistic as possible. Dank, mouldy smell throughout, dead cockroaches scattered in various spots, endlessly dripping tap into a filthy sink that may have existed since the dawn of time, all combined to engage all five senses in a brutal and unforgiving assault. I'm quite sure that a Turkish dungeon would be more comfortable and hygienic. Do yourself a favour and check out this attraction. Then go and book into a real hotel far far away.…
Worst hotel i ever been .............. I have booking at Chaleena Princess Hotel for 2 night with Suite room. But when i arrived hotel. The room is so smell and not have anything like a detail on agoda so i go to reception to complain. Thay tell that they will move us to another property that is The Egypt. But we have to walk by myself. When i arrived at The Egypt i got deluxe room. The room is better. I'm be more charge for extra person But not have extra bed for me. ???????? In the morning when i go for breakfast. I ask for breakfast for my extra person. The receptionist tell me to buy the coupon at Chaleena Hotel (another building) by myself. Again????? What is the service????
