Very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Being new to the city we had questions about places to visit and the best times and routes to get there. The staff where very helpful and provided great recommendations. Mr Noon and Mr Owen are the Best.
Lovely hotel great location walking distance to the BTS and MRT but if you don’t want to walk ask mr Anan tuk tukdriver to take you to the mall and then your in the centre of Silom All staff are very friendly and very polite. On floor 5 two great bar tenders Mr New and Mr Chain will make you feel very welcome have a good bar selection and bar foods. My stay this time was six days so now look forward to another visit. I stayed at bandara for about 10 days. I have found the service more than satisfactory. Especially the local bartender CHAIN. He was very good. The best. And I can’r wait till the next stay. Awesome guy.
Had a great time visiting this place but the thing that most stood out was the amazing service given to us by a bartender named chain. Had a great conversation and overall amazing service we enjoyed so much spending time with him on this trip!!

Very good deal for what you get. Spotlessly clean, helpful pleasant staff and very large apartments. Free coffee, water and biscuits in reception all day and nice bar, pool and usable gym. If you can can, book the Executive Suite which is higher and open view. Finishing some and fittings are also much better. Wi-Fi is free and very fast.. . Didn’t use breakfast. No wine at the pool bar which needs improving .. not everyone drinks beer and sugary cocktails. Recommend.
Very very very highly recommend Bandara Silom! Stayed for a month in their 2-Bedroom Suite, and from check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. Rooms/suites are very nice, super comfy and have everything you need. Staff always friendly and helpful, facilities are nice and breakfast was great. In particular, the ‘main guy’ at the front desk and the ‘main guy’ in the breakfast area were super super nice and went above and beyond making sure we are being taken care of well. The breakfast guy even bought some bananas for our daughter and some sticky rice treats for my pregnant wife, such a nice gesture. I was impressed that throughout our stay, things continually got improved, which showed that the staff/owners care about their place and are investing into making it a better place. For example, the tuktuk got nice Bandara stickers during our stay or breakfast at first was good, but after a couple weeks, they rearranged a few things, added kids plates/silverware and, my favourite, an entire leg of prosciutto! Soo delicious and made it feel more ‘luxurious’. And a few other little things that just showed that things are being taken care of. Location is unbeatable, very short walk to Lumphini and the BTS Sala Daeng. Lots of great restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Really happy we chose Bandara and really hope we can come back. Only thing that I wish they’d change is extend the TukTuk service hours to 6pm or 6.30, so that you can ride it on your way out to dinner.…
Exceptional driveway/porter service from k.Anan and warm, professional welcome at front desk by k.Da - attractive lobby for this price bracket. Classic decor to Room 2303 with wide view, and the most comfortable bed. Hint for guests - speak up if you accidentally receive a smoking room and don't want it. I found the staff here were very keen to ensure my satisfaction. Free wifi with easy connectivity. There's a hot spa here, lovely pool area with bar and a gym with some relatively high-end equipment. Also an automatic coffee machine in the lobby. Good value, definitely recommended.

I made a reservation for August in the hotel trought their website - i receive a response when i finish my reservation - After 3 hours i receive an email cancelling my reservation without further notice - I call the hotel and give my booking number and name - the reservation agent was not able to find my reservation - she put me on hold various time and nothing happend. I call back the Manager - he told me that the reservation i made is Only for Thai people - so confuse on their website. He dont ask me if i want to change nothing. Then i write a complain to GM and even him dont take the time to write me an correct and professional answeer - he let to the Reservation manager to handle it- I think in this time of After covid19 having guest and giving a good service will be a +. Finally i reseve in another hotel and i blacklist this hotel for me.…
