As being a frequent visitor to Thailand and Bangkok. I chosen this hotel over one I usually stay in. I known in the past children were not allowed to stay here and when I did a recent booking, this had changed so booked this. So my stay on 21st March 2021 with my wife and 1 year old son. The receptionist and staff were extremely welcoming and were helpful when checking in and also they did help me print off a covid 19 test result document as I was leaving Thailand soon. So in general they have been very helpful. As to the room was a superior double room and was clean on arrival and one staff member took all our luggage to the room and made sure everything was good. The bed is a king-size bed which was good for myself, my wife and my son so everyone had a good sleep. The TV and satellite TV box worked well but of you want additional channels you have to pay for this but I had an Android box so everything was fine. Also a nice bath with shower which was ideal for myself to have a nice soak and also for my little son who is a bit too young to have a shower and the bath was ideal for him and also having a few of his toys made him feel much happier. Also the water is nice and hot. But the bathroom in general is nice and spacious. Air con worked well and had enough space in room so my wife could do some activities with our son like playing games and playing with his toys. But in general. The hotel was really nice and I would come back again. They front of house staff were constantly keeping facilities clean due to covid 19 and were very diligent in ensuring everything was cleaned frequently. There is a restaurant (The Kinnaree) which I have used many times in the past and the food has always been great but was only take away option only but did not eat there at this visit. But guessing they did serve breakfast to visitors. Also near by is 7 11 on the corner of Soi 11 on the main road and also two money exchange places near by which is Superrich and Vasu money exchange which gives you some of the best rates in Bangkok and beats the banks money exchange places. …
The Grand Business Inn is an excellent hotel in Bangkok. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and room rates very good. There is a great restaurant on site. The location could not be better, a stone's throw from Nana BTS with loads of restaurants, bars and shopping on your doorstep. I would rate this hotel 5 stars where it not for an issue caused by the lady working the reception desk in the evening. On one evening I wanted to bring someone back to my room and the receptionist created an embarrassing and unnecessary scene. It was rude and intrusive and upsetting for both of us. Considering this is a stone's throw from soi 4 I cannot understand why they behave like this.
Always stay here on whether transiting or stating in Bangkok , discount offered for returning guests , free breakfast , close to all the action of Soi , 4 lots of new eating options in Soi 11 , 350/400 THB for taxi to either Airport 90 THB by train from Suvarnabhumi Airport getting off at Nana station on Skytrain
This is a really nice hotel and really well-located, close to shops, restaurants, street food and public transportation. The rooms are modern, clean and 4-star-like. Super comfortable beds, international TV channels and decent wifi connection. Staff are really friendly and helpful from the moment your taxi arrive to the front door of the hotel until your check-out. Some procedures, however, are followed in a not very smart way, disregarding guests needs and booking arrangements. If you book a room for 3 people, you expect 3 key cards. However, in order to get that we would have had to pay 500 baht deposit per extra key. This is a bit ridiculous. Furthermore, we were granted with a late check-out at 12:30 but received a phone call at 12:28 asking us to leave the room (when we were actually by the door about to go). In general, great stay, great location and would definitely stay again.…
Rooms in reality not like photos posted in the internet it's much worse condition, The room and the full hotel is very dirty Rooms are very dark u need to use mobile flashlight to see clear or read a paper Staff are very rude Rooms smell was very bad like urine smell as if we are in the toilet..we asked to change room but it was very difficult although we ware just checking in they wanted to spray the room as solution for a bad smell which ll.malke it even worse..we explained that we are having headache from the this urea smell first they refuse claiming that that they don't have available rooms vacant, but after having long argument in the reception they accepted to change..the new room was also bad smell but little better the first one. Room view was very bad it an Air condition Duct and machine which made ugly and noise all night and day. The breakfast was very bad experience they don't have much variety for food items like a buffet, they set meals but for the first day I had to wait for.my bread and omelette for about 45 min, the set meal has very small portion like children size meal..second day I asked for an extra toast bread it took.them around 10 min for the bread to come..when I try to complain they pretended they don't speak English but they need something from.us they speak English good…
