Stayed for 2 nights - expected better. Breakfast was pretty poor and if breakfast time is 6.30 to 10 you should get the same service and food no matter what time you go down during that range. I went later, juice had run out most of the food had run out and no hurry to replenish. Rooms are pretty old... More

Very helpful and friendly staff; very accommodating in allowing us to check in early in the morning after an overnight flight and to check out late, all with no extra charge! Very good location and clean, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfasts.

Stayed there with my son for a few days while exploring Bangkok. The hotel is nicely decorated with a cosy feeling. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location for the night market and transport. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location and good service. Well priced and 4-5 star quality. Don't let the outside of hotel fool you. This is a heritage site well maintained and has everything except a flashy outside look. Close to markets and food areas. Hotel has all facilities! Gym spa restaurant. Beautifully kept heritage site.

A boutique hotel in the middle of Surawong Rd. Location is very good surrouded by day and night activities, and a 5 minutes walk to the famous and busy Silom Rd. All rooms are in Thai style decor and the hotel has a very good Thai restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. A nice pool at the roof top and... More

We love this little boutique hotel and have been here several times. Build and decorated in Thai traditional style, really nice, located in a nice neighborhood near BTS station and many shops, hotels and restaurants. However, we have this time experienced several small things that can be improved: 1.Carpets in the corridors requiring replacement. 2. The Jacuzzi on poolside need... More

This is my first trip to Bangkok, Thailand. Bangkok is one of the most popular countries for traveling and definitely it has lots of hotels that suit different of travellers. Through trip advisor, I managed to find The Siam Heritage. Reviews from trip advisor do not disappoint my family members and me. Once we arrived a bellboy quickly came and... More

We only stayed here one night, however, during this time we got great service and had no complaints. We were upgraded to an executive double room when we checked in so that obviously influenced our perception of the hotel positively. The staff at the info desk and the doorman were very friendly and advised on tourist attractions and hailed taxis... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Siam Heritage. The staff are friendly and very hospitable. They gave great restaurant suggestions and were really helpful with taxi / tuk tuk and with city tour options. The room was comfortable and truly a haven from the bustle of the city. The breakfast buffet had a great balance of eastern... More

I have stayed here many times, it's not always perfect though and some small matters need attention. I am disappointed to see people still talking about the bellman, I had similar complaints last year. The TV channel guide in every room is completely irrelevant, it seems that the hotel has unsubscribed from English news and sports channels. In any case,... More

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
