We only stayed here one night, however, during this time we got great service and had no complaints. We were upgraded to an executive double room when we checked in so that obviously influenced our perception of the hotel positively. The staff at the info desk and the doorman were very friendly and advised on tourist attractions and hailed taxis... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Siam Heritage. The staff are friendly and very hospitable. They gave great restaurant suggestions and were really helpful with taxi / tuk tuk and with city tour options. The room was comfortable and truly a haven from the bustle of the city. The breakfast buffet had a great balance of eastern... More

I have stayed here many times, it's not always perfect though and some small matters need attention. I am disappointed to see people still talking about the bellman, I had similar complaints last year. The TV channel guide in every room is completely irrelevant, it seems that the hotel has unsubscribed from English news and sports channels. In any case,... More

Stayed here for 1 night. Reception staff was very nice and attentive as my room were ready when I arrive although I just booked online in the same morning. The hotel is authentically Thai with all the traditional furnitures including the bathroom door. Location is superb as it was very near to night market and public transport. Food is quite... More

We've stayed as a couple over a period of three weeks with the exception of two weekends which we had spend away from Krung Thep. So we had three different rooms and two different classes of rooms during our stay. I'll come to the ramifications later on. The staff was overall friendly, the ground floor especially so. The doorman was... More

Replace the Bellboy guy! He needs to go! He isn't friendly or competent and we could have missed a flight because of him, which would have cost us a lot of money (non-refundable) and trashed our trip to Ankor Wat in Cambodia. If the bellboy guy is replaced we'd happily give Siam Heritage 4 stars. Unfortunately, we have to start... More

I like the Heritage Hotel in fact of classic thai style and located in epti center of Patpong. The roof top pool is real nice. It is a good spot to spend 4 days to check the city and night life. I had got my birthday party there, what I never will forget. 100% recommendation.

We stayed at the Siam Heritage at the beginning and end of our trip. We had twin beds for the first visit and a king sized one at the end. Both rooms were essentially identical, although the bathroom was more newly renovated in the second room. We made use of the pool on our second visit, which was a lovely... More

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on our first trip to Bangkok ,a city of 10 million people, and found it to be a good choice,in terms of cost, quality, and location. Situated on Surawong road near the Patphong district, just 10 minutes walk from the Sala Daeng Sky train station which provides very good transport links around Bangkok. Good sized room... More

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
