Lovely hotel, amazing rooftop pool and bar and comfy beds. Our room was at the front of the hotel so at night the noise coming from the bars was loud. The whole of Khaosan road is currently under construction so from 7am until 9pm there is constant drilling therefore it might be worth paying extra for a room at the back of the hotel. The bathroom had small insects running around the sink area.

Stayed here with a friend during our 6 month trip to south east Asia. Exceptional value and location is perfect for people who want to have a good time and party! If you wanted something a little bit quieter then try places on the next road where you can find hotels away from the nightlife. I personally would 100% go Back :)

Four of us booked as it was near the bus station, hotel foyer is OK all down hill from their, its a cheap hotel but they could at least make it clean and maybe a coat of paint, the bathroom was grim, and when we opened the fridge their were bugs, never again😒

This hotel is a scam. Do not book it. I will explain why: 1. This is a 3-star hotel with some rooms at 1-star (as far as I could understand). I booked and paid (not cheap) a 3-star hotel (I thought) but got a room with characteristics and standards of a 1-star room. I mean not even that... 2. The cleaning was very bad. We arrived into our room there was a needle in the floor, a forgotten very dirty green towel in the top of a piece of furniture, the floor was dirty, yellow and brown stains in the sheets and rests of (I think) toilet paper in the shower. 3. The room is just not suitable for anyone to sleep on it. It should not be rented by any money to anyone because you are basically sleeping inside a Discoteca. It is not only really really loud music. The floor shakes (yes, I know!), the bed shakes, everything shakes with the bass of the music outside. I mean you should give the minimum conditions to someone sleep no matter the price, location, etc. One thing is the characteristics and some faults of your stay another completely different thing is a scam.

Pool and location were great, although it is Khao San so expect it to be very loud late into the night. Room was small but had the best shower of our time in Thailand with lots of hot water. Only drawback was that staff wasn’t great on check in/ check out- quite rude in fact. that brought it down a full point for me. If this improved it would be an easy five stars
