    Perfect. I stay here often.
From arrival to departure staff are very accommodating, professional and courteous. I am greeted by name, doors are opened for me and both check in and check out are seamless, smooth and prompt. Reception and Security have always been of highest standard and professional. Rooms vary in size and configuration to suit any traveler. I have always found if availability permits and I request it staff will attempt to find me a larger room or one with other facilities, from full kitchen to basic mini bar, crisp air conditioning, spotless rooms, crisp linen and amenities. And on occasion balcony. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff I've had the good fortune to come to know, the convenience and proximity to BTS, readily available taxis and a multitude of store, shops, delivery and food services available. I've not utilized either gymnasium, spa, swimming pool or laundry services though I have lazed by the pool enjoyed a quiet beverage and soaked up the atmosphere on almost every stay.
Dear Mr. Oliver, It was a great pleasure having you stay with us and thank you for taking time to complete a review. We are glad that you had an enjoyable stay. We will share your compliments with all of our staff. Receiving such feedback from residents like yourself inspire us to continually improve our service delivery. Thank you for your valued patronage and we now look forward to welcome you back to Siri Sathorn Bangkok again. Best regards, Ruedeewan Ngunthong General Manager Siri Sathorn Bangkok by UHG

    A convenient and comfortable oasis
This hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Sala Daeng BTS and Silom Road, or the hotel provides a shuttle service during the day. The reception staff were efficient and friendly. We booked a Premier One Bedroom which was extremely good value. The room has a kitchen with fridge, stove, micro wave, with plates abd utensils. If you need anything else for the kitchen just call Housekeeping. There was a sofa and coffee table and a good sized flat screen TV, as well as a desk and lamp. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, safe, and wardrobes. The bathroom is a good size with toiletries provided. Basically it is a serviced apartment. We didnt have a view, just the building nextdoor, but higher up you would, or at the front or rear of the building (we were on the side). We didn't have breakfast, but there was a promotion going which made it more than reasonable. There is a very good gym, and an "L shaped" pool that wraps around the rear of the building. The pool is deep compared to many Thai pools, and refreshingly cool. We had an issue getting the channels on the bedroom TV. We rang reception and someone came up and fixed it in 5 minutes. All requests to reception were handled promptly. Parking is available. Like a lot of Thai carparks the headroom appears low, however we have a huge 4wd car and managed to park without any problems. The rooms are spotlessly clean. If I were looking for something to criticise I would say that some of the furnishing is getting a bit worn, but not to the extent that it looked bad or I wouldn't want to stay there. I would say given the very reasonable price for the room (and there were several room types cheaper or dearer for that matter), the size of the room, 2 TV's, cleanliness, the kitchen, pool, and parking--that Siri Sathorn is a hotel I would happily stay in again.

    Inexpensive and great location
We have just spent 7 nights at the Siri Sathorn in Bangkok. We stayed here as it was close to another hotel our friends were staying at and we wanted to be close to the activity and street foods on Silom Road. The hotel is an inexpensive, clean hotel in a great location. The standard rooms whilst cosy were clean and comfortable. The linen was clean however the towels were quite thin in materials. I think we paid $38 AUD per night with breakfast. The hotel provided bottled water each day and house keeping freshened our room on a daily basis. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool which are both well maintained. Breakfast was simple providing sufficient choice of western and asian to start your day. The front desk staff are friendly in particular Chris and Cha who assisted us one evening when we were having some issues with noise from a neighbouring room. Cha quickly moved us and provided an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite on the 15th floor which was a huge room with great views overlooking Bangkok - thank you Cha. Would we stay here again, most definitely, the price and location were what we were seeking and it delivered on all points.

Nemo was super helpful at the front desk when Agoda messed my 7 day reservation for a room with a balcony. Apparently only 6 rooms in the entire property have balconies, yet Agoda sells room types and fools and disappoints travelers on a regular basis with th8s tactic.

Brian / bellboy is very helpful and he is always willing to take an extra step to help out. Everyday we go out and Brian will check with us if we need the shuttle to MRT/BTS Silom station. The hotel breakfast is also good and the house keeping team is also helpful 👍👍

I’ve been coming here since 2013 when it was the Siri Sathorn .The room was great , the rates very fair and the staff is still quite accommodating. That last is important to me, especially when you’ve been flying 17 hrs to get to it. All staff were excellent and front desk is sharp as ever . Three of the staff gave me extra great service when it was needed for my company ! Shout out to Mr Wave, Ms Kajal, and Mr Ice!! I will be back because of the service
