This is my first choice when I stay in Bangkok. It's a cute, small hotel down a less travelled street but close to everything. The staff are sweet and the rooms are clean and modern. I must have stayed here close to a dozen times.

We had a patio room which had double bed, bathroom & a little sitting outside place. These apartments are very clean, tidy & in a great location near the metro & sky train. Wouldn't hesitate in booking these again, there is a small fridge in the room but only really for chilling, our beer was never cold cold.

My family of three stayed in the triple room for 3 nights. It is a 5 min walk from the Siloam MRT station or Sala Daeng BTS station. Location is good as it is just two stations away from Siam station for shopping and Saphin Taksin station for the Chao Phraya boat rides. The room is spacious and very clean....

Spent 2 stays here in December and can't say enough. No food here? Walk up the soi, buy some fruit from the fruit lady and away you go. Need a cab on time? Just ask it will be ready for you. Need to get around town? BTS station is a block away. Very central, very clean, enjoy your stay!

If you doubt... just book it!!! We stayed for 3 nights when we had our first stay in Bangkok. Located in Silom the business area, close to MTR and Skytrain. Located away from busy streets, but bars at walking distance. Silent, clean and beautiful rooms, for a good price! Very friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the stay! 5 stars...

Park Saladaeng is a gorgeous little guesthouse located in the Silom Neighbourhood. Conveniently located to all transport and shops, it is a little gem in Bangkok. Quiet but still very close to all the action. We stayed in the Suite which was very well appointed with all the mod cons and luxuries. Bed was comfortable, hot water, excellent wifi and...

We booked a queen deluxe room with only a tiny window that opens to a blocked view on the second floor. No lift in this hotel but its not a problem for me as my luggage is light. Location is good & room size is a bit small. But for the cheap price you pay, I have no complaint. Nonetheless,...

Located in a quiet soi and walking distance to MRT and BTS stations. Perfect to go to the night bazaar on Sunday at Silom road. It is near to Soi Convent with lot of street foods. The food court outside the main Soi Saladeang is perfect to have authentic thai foods.

The hotel is located close to the Saladaeng metro station (300m) and has around a lot of options for food and very good coffee. The room with a King Size bed is not big (as mostly are the rooms in Asia) but you have enough space to have a seat and a corner for coffee or tea (provided everyday). In the...

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
