This place is for the budget traveler. A little rundown and old but hey, for as low as $12/night for a room, you can't complain. The location is ideal to explore the city. Malls, cafes, restos, museums, spas, the BTS station, etc are all within walking distance. Like me, If you just need a place to sleep and take a... More

Years ago, White Lodge was clean, fresh and in mint condition. Today, it is totally run down with leaking air-con where water splashes down to the floor like a spring. The air -con sound like a continuous gong striking loud throughout the night. The bed sheets are obviously worn out (like 15 years old!). The toilet flush is not working.... More

The hotel is really cheap but.good enough if you're looking for a cheap place to stay near MBK and Siam Malls. The staffs can speak good English. You get your money's worth. There's hot water if you want to take a shower. But the rooms have a window along the hallway, so customers can be noisy at times. Nevertheless still a... More

Stay for 2 nights, very irritating. Doesn't feel like a hostel, more like a workers dormitory. Aircond cannot adjust, very hard mattress. Run down and dirty place. Not recommended! Stay away from this hostel

Stayed there for 2 separate days last November 2015. If you want to avoid the crowded area of Khao San, and be near the malls (MBK, Siam, etc.) this is the right place for you! :) The rooms are basic.. nice beds and pillows, towels, soap, AC and 2 bottled water. Not sure if they have wifi since we're out... More

This place wasn't anything special, but it was affordable and clean. The beds were very hard so it wasn't a great nights sleep. But we were just staying one night and it was ok for that. The room had aircon but it was set to one temperature. It was a good location, close to the mbk shopping centre and just... More

We found it by chance on the night looking for hotels around Siam area. The outside is a little bit small so you have to keep your eyes open, look on your left when you pass the pizzeria. The staff was friendly and helpful, they spoke enough English though. The price was definitely affordable and great for the location. It... More

This is the most affordable place in downtown Bangkok! The rooms are simple and clean. The staff is friendly. Defiantly a great option to see Bangkok on a budget. Close to cheap eats and 711. I have stayed here 2 separate times. Never had a problem. 10 minute walk from Tesco Lotus super market. And close to sky train. Enjoy... More
