They have extremely limited parking, which they did not notify in advanced. No where does it say you need to "book" a parking space. Then either you are forced to park kilometers away for 300 baht a night or they will cancel your booking. Bad service.

Oh my, this hotel was a terrible choise. We booked this place for 3 nights as a first stop on our trip with high expectations. What a let down, expensive smely dark room with dirty bathroom and paper thin walls. We heard every single word of people next to us and crazy noise from above us. And on top of this dissaster the hotel staff reached us during our sleep by phone with question: How did you get to the room..? Excuseme, who the hell can ask such a question? You gave me keys obviously! No apollogy, nothing and forced us to change the room which was even worse. The only positive was the roof top view, but nothing else. Next time I would rather stay at cheap Hostel then here.

You can book a double room for < %50 and they have a really nice pool with bar upstairs. Enjoyed the luxury of staying here but careful not to book a room without window (a lot of people I met did not enjoy). Would recommend overall very nice hotel and to the reception team thank you for making my stay so welcome and haelping with ideas, Kind Regards, Lauren x

Chinatown is a very busy, interesting part of Bangkok. The hotel is well located one a long street with lots of people watching opportunities as well as places to eat. Lots of tourists and tour groups stay at this hotel. Only two blocks away from the subway and a short distance to the rail station to get out of town. Not too far from the Royal Palace. Rooms in the hotel were a solid 3.5-4 star. Very good value for the price. Rooms were spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. The cheapest rooms are in the central part of the hotel and have no windows. The hotel American style breakfast is decent for Thailand. There is a nice rooftop pool with bar service. Great view from the roof. One quirky item. The hotel lobby ceiling near the elevators is unusually low. If you are over 6 feet, you can bump your head into the sprinklers.

Very clean, modern hotel in the centre of Chinatown. We stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour. You can’t beat the location - only a few minutes walk to the nearest subway station, and located on the prime street- food street. Breakfast was great, with lots of options, and the rooftop pool view was awesome!
