Decent accommodation close to the historical part. Also close to khaosan road but away from the chaos of the road itself. Room was big and clean and staff was ok.
If you like running: it’s close to a nice small park where you can go...More
This is not the place to stay if you enjoy meeting new people whilst hanging around in common areas. In this respect it doesn't have the hostel vibe, more the hotel feel.
There is a laundry cum kitchen which has a microwave and kettle. However,...More
This was definitely one of my favourite stays in Bangkok. This Hostel feels more like a Hotel though. The room is big and modern. You have a tv, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, just about anything you might need. They have a room that can be used...More
The decor here is very nice and modern. The bed was averagely comfy but better than the place we had stayed in the night before.
Staff very nice and attentive and helped when booking taxis etc.
Central location - would recommend
Nice little hostel down a back street so you don't hear the noise of Bangkok but you are close enough to everything still. Taxi drivers struggle to find it sometimes but get them to call the hostel and they give directions. The hostel also have...More
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around
Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.

Hi, I went to Bangkok on May this year. I don't remember the exact amount but we had to pay about 450 Baht from airport to Chern Hostel. The taxi fare was around 250 - 300 Baht and I needed to pay for the tollway and the airport fee that added up to 450 Baht, give or take. By the way, I used the taxi service at the airport so I don't know whether you can book it before hand or not. Cheers.
