Hotel is infested with bed bugs. got bitten very badly, changed room thrice! Bugs crawling on bed, cockroaches crawling on floor and curtains, aircon not cold, fire sprinkle activated for no reason, water heater not hot. Decided to check out early to move to another hotel, staff didn’t apologise, didn’t even seem empathetic and insisted we leave before 12noon! When we told staff about the bugs and cockroaches, they just brush it off even though they saw it!!! Will never step into the hotel again!

We were 5 guys and couples and stayed 4 nights at this hotel. I have emailed them asked them to give us big good rooms and they immediately replied and gave us two doulex big rooms at 8th floor. Positive points : 1- location is very good and at pratunam street. MBK & SIAM mall centers are so close . In the neighbor there are many message shops , restaurants , shops , exchanges , and street foods. You are at middle of city and easily can go any where. 2- staffs are friendly and breakfast mostly suitable for eastern asians but still you can find sth to eat. 3- at upper floors its silent and you can sleep well. 4- they asked us 50$ as deposit but we had very easy check out and gave back to us . 5-the rooms had safe boxes. Negative points : 1-they gave one key card for each room . We lost one and they charged us 270 baht to give us a new one. 2- the rooms had some small cockroachs but since we had read reviews about that before our trip we took spray with ourselves for killing insects. 3- the room curtain was not so clean . 4- there was no slipper , tooth paste at the room. Totally if you dont mind about your hotel and you just want have some place to sleep and most of your time you will go out to search the city ,comparing its cheap price , you can choose to stay here. Thanks!…

It is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. Bell service is not helpful. Reception is not bad. The best thing is breakfast and our group of 6 enjoyed it. The location is good. They need to provide basic needs for guests but hair dryer was not available. We found some insects running in room which is very negative.

I stayed in J Two S Hotel Pratunam on April 19th, 2018 until April 25th, 2018. The lobby was cool enough to relieve our body from Bangkok's extreme heat.We checked in almost at midnight, but we've made the reservation long ago through Traveloka. We got 2 rooms on the 4th floor. The rooms were not bad, it was comfortable enough, but the floor was dusty. The cupboard was in a bad condition. there was a fridge and safe deposit box in the room. The bathroom was clean enough, but the shower curtain looked old. There was no kettle jug in the room so if you need hot water you can get it from a hot water dispenser in lobby. Starting from our third day staying there, there were small cockroaches appeared in our rooms. We get breakfast every morning, the taste were good but the variety of foods were almost the same for everyday. This hotel is located in Pratunam where you can shop for fashion and foods. We usually wake up at 6 in the morning and then walked to the morning fashion market near there. The clothes were so cheap. Then in the evening, we walk from hotel to the area near the morning fashion market to buy foods for dinner. There were sooooo many street foods there. We also walk from hotel to BTS Station when we're about to go to Asiatique. You can also walk from this hotel to several shopping mall such as Central World, Platinum, Big C, and Pantip. Overall, staying in this hotel were good enough, because it was cheap and we spend much time travelling around Bangkok rather than staying in hotel, so it was a good place to rest. But the thing i don't like from this hotel : it was dirty & dusty, the furniture look so old, and this hotel lack of maintenance. I think i'm not going back to this hotel because there are soooo many hotels and hostels in that area, so after experiencing these, i'd rather try to stay in another hotel/hostel in that area the next time i travel to Bangkok.…

This hotel is nicely located in the central part of Bangkok. All the main shopping areas are close, easy access to all transportation by tuk tuk, train, buses and taxis. Breakfast is nice a blend of Thai food and international setting. Staff are friendly can allow up to 1:00pm checkout. Averagely priced too.

This is the hotel we stayed as part of the tour provided by astrokidd agency in the Philippines. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The rooms needs painting and worst thing is there are bugs and roaches everywhere. We notified the reception but nothing was done. The towels and bedsheets are very old with stain marks and the hallways have trash on the floor. The travel agency offered only 2 hotel choices and both have bad reviews. We requested for other hotels but we’re told that there are only 2 choices. Never again in this dirty hotel.

Did a last minute booking at this hotel because all the hotel that near pratunam is fully booked. Pros: 1) Can do early check in 2) Near pratunam Cons: 1) Everything look old 2) Very dirty 3) There is so many small cockroaches inside the room 4) The shower area is so small 5) No kettle inside the room 6) Feel itchy when sleeping on the bed. Think the bedsheet didn’t clean well or maybe has bugs 7) Fridge is working but so dirty. It look that they didn’t clean before 8) The room lighting is not so bright. Certain corner of the room seems dark 9) Shower water heater is either cold or too hot 10) Was told by the receptionist that there is no hair dryer but after I mention that I saw people making reviews that there is upon asking, then the receptionist lend me the hair dryer. Initially she was trying to lied that they don’t have hair dryer 11) Although it’s near pratunam but walking towards the hotel/main road, you need to go through a small road. It’s so dark at night and look unsafe Overall: I will not stay in this hotel again. Would rather pay more or stay further. Need to worry if sleeping halfway and there might be bugs or cockroaches crawling on the bed. Staying in this hotel is not relaxing but stressful. Staying at a theme hostel is so much better…

We stayed at J two S hotel for about 19 days. We were comfortable with the room as they had AC , wifi was alright was slow at times. They would clean the room on a daily basis. They need to upgrade their rooms as some things were broken and looked outdated.staff were friendly and they have a tour agency in the hall way as well. Breakfast was alright for this 3 star hotel very kind staff for breakfast area. I would say i was satisfied with my stay it wasnt anything luxurious but good enough for my stay.
