We stayed in this hotel for three nights, it is the perfect place to stay for its money. The positioning is rather comfortable - not far form ferry stop, and BTS. Breakfast was good. Rooms seemed to be clean, BUT! We've faced some problems with insects and even saw a mouse in the restaurant in the morning, while we had...

The rooms seem very old and not renovated recently. The shower either had really hot water or very cold (there was no middle). The receptionists could be friendlier. That said, it has a very reasonable rate for the location. The BTS station and boat dock are a 10 min walk from the hotel so it is very easy to get...

Landed in Bangkok as part of a 6 week holiday to Thailand and chose this hotel as it was close to a BTS station(saphan taksin) And also the ferry/ river boat terminal (same nam). My pal and I shared a twin room 415 which was right by the elevator but not noisy. Also same floor as fitness suite and outdoor...

You have a very rude hotel Bell Man named Mr. Tanom, he didn't educate well how service mind is. Also a poor service from your receptionist. The hotel management should educate them how to give your guest a better service. I don't suggest anyone stay in this hotel. Thx

The rooms are so old-fashioned, the carpet and the aircondition are so old, there is not enough light in the room and bathroom. Friendly stuff and okay breakfast. It is close from Pier and shopping malls, not a bad area to stay.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, average. The location is great on the same block as the Shang ri La Hotel for a quater of the price. It is a good deal for the price. There is a massage place right downstairs and a great restaurant called Mazzaro across the street.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms average .Not far from a ferry boat jetty and the sky train station which made getting around easier. Free shuttle boat to asiatique leaves from this jetty which is a good place to eat and shop. There is a great restaurant, Mazzaro, opposite, serves western and Thai dishes of high standard.

I stayed here for 4 nights. On arrival the receptionist was quite rude when I asked for a map She threw a general overview of Thailand at me.I wasn't feeling that well. So I asked about changing money and was advised to use their in house operation. That cost me 300 baht even though there were better deals just around the...

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
