I randomly booked this hotel last year in November via Agoda as there was a promotion. During my business trip here, it’s beyond my expectation. 🤩 Not only it’s located near the center of BKK, but it was clean and employee has the good services. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Foreigners BEWARE! Everyone BEWARE! THESE ROOMS ARE UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS! Do not stay here! I was forced to stay here because of a positive covid result. They forced me to quarantine here the first night with no towels to shower. The next morning I tripped on a very dangerous step in the bathroom and broke my toe. I had to be rushed to the emergency room and received an x-ray and a brace. I can no longer walk for the duration of my 10-day quarantine. I briefly saw my neighbor and he also tripped on the same step and nearly fell. Luckily, he said he was wearing shoes, otherwise he would be in the hospital too. These rooms are unsafe, especially for people sick on quarantine. The hotel should do the right thing and pay for the medical expenses associated with the fall and broken bone. It is a very dangerous bathroom step and when the room is dark or early morning it's almost guaranteed you will trip and fall and seriously injure yourself. BEWARE! Do not stay at this hotel!

The room size is good and the air con worked well. Although we were two people, the hotel refused to give us two keys, so going out to separate places at the same time was not possible. The Air Con/electricity shuts off when the key is not in the slot, so the room is very hot when returning. Decor is very dated and not in great condition. Bed fairly comfortable. A few small holes in the sheets. Relatively clean...corners dirty and mold in the bathroom....not unusual for a humid climate and low cost hotel. Breakfast was mostly Thai, but they would make an omelette on request. The WORST (bad) part was the HUGE RAT that was running around the Buffet/kitchen area. It was running between the food stations and finally ran into the kitchen!! Maybe huge rats in Bangkok are common, but they aren't usually seen inside buildings, especially in daylight!!! Leads me to feel there might be quite of few for this one to be so comfortable that he was able to run so boldly from food station to food station!

I’ve read allot about this hotel some reviews good some bad. I’d like to say my point of view. First the hotel is a low cost so don’t expect too much. The service is good and the rooms are very clean what more do you want for such price. If you want the excellent service there are many 5 star hotels in Bangkok so don’t complain. About the food breakfast no intercontinental breakfast but its understandable even for dinner its same you can dine at hotel and have local food but maybe you will not appreciate it if you’re a foreigner. Not distant away there are many restaurants and for the same price , no need to complain. Overall my personal experience was positive i would stay here again. Great being in bangkok

We stayed there for 4 nights. The rooms were clean, but the hotel is a bit dated and tired; needs some TLC. The staff were very friendly. The reception staff were helpful in getting us metered taxis to go about our business. However they spoke very little English. The breakfast was half Thai, which included fried rice, noodles etc for breakfast and you have sausages, eggs etc. on the other side of the table. not a massive spread. We were slightly delayed to get to the breakfast buffet one morning, but well within their timing. There was no milk available. When we asked for milk for our coffee, the staff just looked at each other and did nothing. I noticed a few other families also turned up for breakfast after us and they were also not happy as her was no milk available for the coffee and the food items on the buffet dishes were not replenished as and when they got over. I would rate the breakfast a 2 out of 5. They provide a shuttle to go to the nearest BTS station. we used it only once, other times we just asked the porter to fetch us taxis, as we were 9, and he did without any problems. they were all metered taxis. Taxis can come into the Hotel porch without any problems. Make sure you take some business cards for the hotel from the reception. you can show it to the taxi drivers to get back to the hotel. The area is quite safe. one night we went out for a walk from the hotel, there is a 7/11 nearby which is a better version of the British Spar stores. We used the pool a couple of times, it was good.

Hotel is far away from the city. That’s why you’re arguing with taxi drivers for starting taximetter to go back to the Hotel. Reception can make a call for going city center. Staff is kind and rooms are clean. Breakfast could be better.

My husband and I were placed in the Forum Park by a travel agency that we moved over here with. We will list the pros and cons of Forum Park, but overall we feel that it is on the low average side. Pros: Comfortable bed Clean room TV Nice View Great pool Wonderful massages Friendly staff Decent food on-site (a bit pricey) karaoke rooms for rent Able to book tours on-site Cons: Location - you have to take a taxi to the closest BTS station Not a walkable area - it's safe, however there is very little around The staff try very hard, but their English proficiency is quite low The breakfast buffet gets quite monotonous after a few days The doors closed quite loud and early cleaning or late night guests could be heard Wifi went out every couple of minutes. Very frustrating.
