I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it wasn't bad. Hotel location is good because there is a BRT station nearby. the hotel exterior and interior is quit old but clean.

The benefit of old hotel is to get a very big room. the room is quit big with balcony. However, the position of aircon is quit strange because hotel use the floor mounted type aircon and it is installed behide the curtain so I felt hot when I closed the curtain.

Hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful, whenever I asked for their help and they took immediate action.

Just returned to Thailand, and a friend recommended the Forum Park Hotel. Wonderfully clean rooms and good service... Would recommend for anyone on a budget who wants to be near to Silom (about 10 minutes by taxi).......will stay there again, thanks to the new manager for all his help.

Stayed at the Forum Park twice in March for 4 days and 5 days, on the first stay I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was great, large lounge 2 good sized bedrooms dining area and kitchen, all had balconies overlooking the pool. Everything was clean and well maintained and in working order. Had to call down three times during my stay once to explain where air con controls were located and twice because first I and then the kids locked the key in the room , on all three occasions a member of staff was on hand in about 3 minutes and happily solved the problem.

On the second stay got the rooms I had booked and although they were obviously not as roomy as the suite they were plenty large enough clean and well maintained. As is common in Thailand there was some slight black staining on the tile grouting in the bathroom but certainly not enough to warrant a complaint.

All staff I came into contact with, (reception, concierge, security, housekeeping, lounge staff and breakfast staff) were helpfull and friendly.

The pool was mostly deserted and there was always a mixture of sun and shade there, it is large enough to swim in (unlike many hotel pools) and has a smaller shallow pool for small children.

Breakfast offered had a fair variety of cooked and cold items breads and fruits and certainly enough to satisfy all tastes. Lounge menu and food was good and not too expensive as hotels go.

15 minutes walk to the BTS and about 30 minutes to patpong, there is a taxi garage right next to the hotel which never had less than 10 taxis in and several tuk tuks for those foolhardy enough to prefer them!

The only downside is that taxi drivers struggled to find the place as it is tucked just into a small soi, this was easily solved by use of the free direction cards available at reception and/or having the phone number of the hotel so that the reception staff can "talk in" the taxi driver.

I would suggest if going there from the airport you download and print a location map for the taxi before you go and have the Hotels phone number readily to hand just in case.

I randomly booked this hotel last year in November via Agoda as there was a promotion. During my business trip here, it’s beyond my expectation. 🤩 Not only it’s located near the center of BKK, but it was clean and employee has the good services. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Booked on-line through sawadee with no problems and at a great dicounted rate. Chose a corner suite which was spacious and very comfortable. Mini bar, TV, kettle, safety box and usual hotel essentials provided.

Buffet breakfast had good choice and a nice dining area to start off each day.

Pool was a nice facility to use, maybe a little too much chlorie for my liking but a refreshing relief from the heat.

Check in/out was excellent, everything done within minutes.

Would have no hesitation in going back there.

I was one of the unfortunates who were booked by a Indian travel agency to stay here. The staff are the worst lot. They even asked me for bribes to heat baby food in microwave oven. The rooms are ancient. Even the phone in the room was made in 1970. The hotel is far off and the taxi drivers want to loot you to transport you in the night.
My advice: Better sleep on Bangkok roads than checking in here.

While the rooms were not as roomy as some, it was clean and comfortable. The beds though are quite firm to hard. Pillows were good. The bathroom needed a big renovation - bathtub had huge "hole" in the ceramic layer which was very rusted. Water took a long time to get hot though this was not the case with others on my floor. Tap faucet sprayed water everywhere which was a small issue - you got wet trying to rinse your mouth. Breakfast - quite good - made omelets to order and had pastries, fresh fruit etc plus a mix of local cuisine. Overall, not a bad place to stay but does need work in several areas.

Was upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite in the 15 floor. Room was big, nice, clean and up to date!

Pool on the roof top was perfect for doing some taning before going out sightseeing and shopping.

Hotel is located central on Silom road, close to the skytrain.
