Exception for the bell boy (porter-conciege). Receptionist very poor English. They never greet while on hotel floor. Not willing too help..Housekeepers same. Rooms smell bad specaily bathroom. Ac work well. Very popular for its location but very bad customer services hotel... Can be consider for short stay not family vacation..
After a long flight, after transit we checked-in in this hotel. The place itself is very convenient for family with kids as every thing is close by.The hotel itself looka a bit old,the shower very dirty but the room is very spacious .I was travelling with my 10months old baby, just imagine after the long flight a baby is extremely tired.I got a call from the reception saying if i cannot make my baby stop crying.I told them that this is a baby,he is very tired. They told me if i cannot make him stop they will call the police.Say What,Police, this is the first time in my entire life that I encountered sonething like that.I told them they can call the police if they want.its a baby nature to cry.The receptionist staffs are not nice at all .This kookikk 0% customer care, doesnt know how to serve people I would say this kind of people should be working ona farm instead in hospitality industry…
Overall, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. However, because it was quite an old hotel, the wear and tear was prominent. The aircon was noisy too, so light sleepers might have problems. The location, though walking distance from many attractions, is located on a narrow busy street, making alighting or loading big groups very difficult as it held up traffic, causing a jam.
Liked the big, clean and spacious room with nice toilet. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Strategic location within walking distance to pratunam market, night market, massage and eateries. Kid friendly.
we book 2 rooms on the 4th floor from 30th aug 2019 to 3rd sep 2019..Reception of tv very bad- everytime down n every time technician come just touch a bit sure ok- i suspect they purposely do this to get tips; ..my friend room after 2 days was changed due to ice forming..on my last night my room was changed due to water form in aircon n wifi always down in room too.. i personally do not expect all these to happen cos of good comments from tourists..
