All the amenities you will need for a month long stay with a husband and two toddlers. Great customer service! Beautiful property. This is an accessible area to other areas of Bangkok. Walking distance to the BTS...Supermarkets nearby and a 7-11. You can go to Mega Bangna(a mall) for a shopping experience etc.Lots of little restaurants tucked away. All in...

I recently rented a one bedroom condo for one year at Baan Montida. The location is somewhat far from the city center, but with BTS and taxi service no problem, if you don't have to commute. Nearby Soi 101 is a lively street with many food options, hair dresser, massage and grocery stores. A bit further is a Starbucks, McDonalds...

I was expecting more of this place, I guess because of the reviews. It was OK. I can see staying here if you're going to be in Bangkok for an extended period of time, but I wouldn't recommend it to the average tourist. The apartments are very spacious and clean. Wifi worked sometimes, sometimes not. It's very close the the...

Earlier this year my husband signed a one-year lease at Baan Montida (“Baan” means “House” in Thai), but we only stayed for a couple of months. Too far, too noisy, too troublesome, and untrustworthy. Too far. I don’t drive in Bangkok. Too much traffic. I like a short walk to the shops and to the supermarket. But you cannot do...

LOVED it! don't spend time looking anywhere else if you're looking for a convenient quiet place, clean, nice, modern, friendly service, and a minute walk to BTS. Bann Montida is the one!!!! Swimming pool, hot tub was nice and relax.

I had stayed in the Baan Montida twice the previous year and I decided to return this year after I had been touring around Thailand for the last 7 weeks. The Baan Montida is more an apartment than a hotel; the room has a separate bedroom, lounge, and bathroom and kitchen area. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are...

Spent a couple of nights at Baan Montida recently and found it to be a convenient quiet place to stay.. in fact you could easily live here. It is very close to the skytrain and about a 10 minute journey into the main Sukhumvit area taking you close to shops and nightlife etc. A tesco lotus is close by for...

We stayed here for two nights between flights because it was convenient for the international airport. We found the location and standard of accommodation excellent for our needs initially. The flats are a short walk or metro ride (get off at Om Nut) to a giant Tesco Lotus which was just what we needed for self catering in the flat....

Our stay at Baan Montida was marred by a noise of construction works due to rooms renovation. The staff promised they will finish till the end of the week, but the next week the noise became even louder. After numerous complaints the manager promised to stop the works for the next 10 days - hoping they will keep the word...

Very big, clean and modern rooms. Close to BTS altough a bit far from everything. Breakfast is very basic and you'll have to wait for it for a whole. Water in the pool was freezing but the gym looked really good. Wifi was good and there was a huge TV with loads of English speaking channels. We would definately stay...
