Sweet little hotel, in an ok area with a lot of interesting things around it. This comfortable and homey hotel has amazing customer service and great Thai breakfasts. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, I would recommend and definitely go back!
SSIP might not be the prettiest and the newest accommodation option, but it is certainly the friendliest! The staff is super friendly and reliable, and is willing to go the extra mile to accommodate for all your needs/questions/etc. You won't be able to imagine how...More
This is a good quality hotel with very friendly and helpful staff – in fact, I don’t think I have come across a hotel that tries harder than SSIP, they could not do enough for us. The rooms are large, modern and cool. The location...More
Great reception, awesome breakfast, and above-and-beyond customer service; we couldn't have asked for more!!! Staff assisted with directions for city, helped us with train tickets, taxis; and stored our belongings after we'd checked out... Simply fantastic!

When wandering around the Dusit Palace grounds, you'd almost forget you're still in a Southeast-Asian city. The Renaissance-style buildings and leafy gardens wouldn't be out of place in an European capital, and the serenity here is in stark contrast with the chaotic city life outside of its complex walls. Dusit is one of Bangkok's oldest districts, and while the rest of Bangkok is modernising at a rapid pace, Dusit
seems to have stood the test of time. Come here to find family businesses in traditional shophouses, small-scale local markets and streets unfazed by modern city life.
