Despite not being in a central location, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I'd happily stay here again. and I'm equally happy to recommend it to others. Staff - cheerful, friendly, efficient, helpful and good humoured. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier and more accommodating group. Room - spacious, with an excellent, king size bed and very comfortable mattress. Fantastic views of the Chao Praya, so well worth the small additional cost. Breakfast buffet - not the best I have encountered, but very good with a great many choices including freshly cooked items to order.

Check-in took some time but friendly staff. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious with complementry water. Breakfast menu was limited. Free tuktuk service to Asiatique (can walk back, only 50 metres from hotel). Free parking. Enjoyed our short stay, will come back.

This hotel is located on Rachadapisek Road, closing to a subway. The hotel is quite old but they have always renovated in a good condition. There are many facilities and restaurants for guest selections. All things were good, excepting water system in a room very weak.

Great hotel, great staff, great restaurants. Off the beaten path but close to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Pool and gym are amazing. You won't be disappointed. Beds a little hard but typical for Thailand.

Its a nice clean hotel but the reception/room service is pretty inefficient & unresponsive. When we requested for help to fix toilet basin, it took them a night to get back to us. Else or otherwise, this hotel is great, with nice breakfast.

Nice hotel in Bangkok! Neat and clean, eco friendly hotel with very good to manage energy system also have own product by the hotel like shampoo etc they try hard to keep green garden instead of building only. Staff were attentive, variety of foods and good presentation, of course! very good taste especially Japanese food corner.

I would rate 3- or at most 3.5-star for this hotel. Restaurant not large enough for buffet breakfast. Hotel staff are more than keen to clear the table, even if there is still unfinished food on the table, in order to give seats to waiting guests. The plus side is that the hotel is close to MRT station.

the hotel location is very far from town, taxi fare with few hundred Thai baht to town. the bathroom need to upgrade the shower is no good. the toiletries in bathroom is not complete provided. the breakfast is acceptable. will not stay in this hotel again if have choices

I'm visiting Thailand from Canada, the country is absolutely beautiful and the Thai people are very sweet! This hotel was the worst of my whole trip. I'll give one example of many that made this the worst hotel restaurant experience. We walked into the bar to be greeted by no one. I had to look for the menu over the bar and seat myself only then did a waitress or hotel employee come over to take my order. I ordered a pizza, salad and cappuccino. I recieved the cappuccino right away was great. Pizza came was good. No salad, I guess they just forgot? Zero hospitality. I had to ask from across the whole bar, waitress or hotel staff? To come over to wrap up my stuff. I had to get up and pay at the till which they put a mandatory 15%+ tip on. I DONT BELIVE YOU SHOULD GET A TIP, IF YOU DID NO SERVICE TO MY TABLE. I had to wait 10 mins to get a half pizza wrapped up. If you like a hotel with exceptional service while going above and beyond to make your experience in Thailand memorable, DO NOT STAY HERE!…
