A good hotel for a reasonable price if you want to be close to the Bangkok CBD, good transportation and only at 10 minutes walking to the BTS Sky train. More than enough to rest and have a nice location, the buffet breakfast is a good option.

Bangkok is such a bustling city, this is a wonderful reprieve. Pool is spectacular. Rooms are air conditioned. Just lovely. Walking distance to seafood market. Bus/taxi all close by. Spa in the hotel looks so inviting.

We were having a great stay until the last day. Why? During my massage on 9th floor I was violated, our washer/dryer stopped working mid stream, our WiFi stopped working and the hotel threw an unexpected event outside our room with no warning. I got a massage on our 3rd day. The masseuse climbed on top of me, grabbed my...

Wonderful room, excellent stay experience. Pool was good but not enough beds. Staff helpful & made stay easy when explaining trips etc. Plenty of coffee shops close and good bars & restaurants not too far for an evening stroll.

I think there is a general trend through all the review's. The hotel is excellent value for money but doesn't cut it when compared to other bigger hotels but why should it, when it is only half the price? The staff are very good - polite, efficient and always friendly. The house keeping especially, The room size and condition was...

Booked a superior room which was a decent size, clean and had everything we needed. Hotel has a small but sufficient gym. Staff were very helpful and polite. Centrally located and seemed like a well organised hotel. Would definitely stay again. Reasonably priced too.

I like going to the Davis - been there many times with family, friends, on shorter and longer trips. I generally appreciate the service, well trained staff with friendly attitude and the overall quality of the rooms. Beds are comfy, bathrooms work very well and are well designed, everything is very clean and comfortable. However, there are a few things...

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent breakfast and some quality rooms. Very friendly staff and very good location. Walk to skyline train about 7 minutes and metro 15 minutes. Tuk Tuk into city centre of town about 100. There is a very nice spa place just opposite the hotel.

Stayed 3 nights bed & breakfast - good location-only short distance to BST so could get around easily. Room very comfortable & staff helpful however no separate bar area which was a pity however will certainly come back here again when I am in Bangkok as very good value.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
