    A Convenient Centrally Situated Hotel
Situated very near to the Skytrain station this is convenient hotel for visiting Bangkok touristy places. From the top 38th floor the view is visible for miles. Rooms are stylish, and of different types-we changed to the Western style room on 35 floor which was more spacious. Breakfast was superb & served our vegetarian needs. Dinner in the Roof top restaurant was expensive & unfortunately not tasty or satisfactory, despite purchasing a discount price voucher. Drinks also a bit pricey. The atmosphere however was relaxing. Took a whole body massage which was an experience. Reception staff, concierge, porters were all very friendly & obliging.

    In Sathorn Mode (Mood).. .
A five day stay at Mode Sathorn Hotel was pleasant. The location is well placed for easy access to the train station and a taxi is not too far when the need arise. Making use of the facilities was put to good use.. The pool bar, pool and spa which left me a little blue and bruised. Lots of walking in the vicinity to rack up my 10000 daily steps.. Safe walking at night to and from a couple of locations such as Sky bar... Hotel view attached and cocktails were had.. In abundance :-)

    Great location to explore Bangkok
The hotel is in a good area with easy access to the river and places to explore. The rooms are a good size with two double beds and nice facilities. The roof top bar has amazing views and the pool area was clean and a nice place to relax. Staff are friendly and willing to help when required. The room service was ok but better options are available nearby. There is a 7/11 within 5 minutes walk and the pier is also very close to pick up the hop on/off boats. A great base to explore Bangkok 😀

This hotel ticked all the boxes frequent travellers like us has and in fact exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the welcoming staff and the fantastic customer services from the hotel guard, to the bellboy and receptionist- very well trained indeed. The rooms they gave us on the 29th Floor was very cozy, spacious and views over Silom areas simply were breathtaking. The bathroom/toilet left us speechless, it’s actually the size of the main room itself. Location very close to everything particularly Surasak, the BTS Skytrain. There were days that we preferred just to stay in our rooms coz it was very relaxing that we forgot all about the swimming pool, rooftop bars, gym, etc. We leave these for the next year plan stay in same hotel, hopefully. Lastly, the breakfast - amazing amazing amazing …. Plenty of choices and updated daily. The staff all wear a smile but one person by the name of “Noey” worth special mention for her great customer service skills. We stayed there for 12 nights that has left us with great memories . Would love to stay there again stay given a chance next year.

stayed here for 5 nights. Great location - MRT stop is immediately outside the front door of the hotel. Hotel is fine - could do with a bit of a refurb. Breakfast was not good - the choice is ok, but items were not replenished and a large proportion of those staying in the hotel appeared to have breakfast. Some mornings, even though we were at breakfast quite early there was little or no choice. On the penultimate day we decided to not bother and went to the cafe (coffee club) at the entrance of the hotel for breakfast instead. This was great. I would use this hotel again, but opt for room only and buy breakfast at the coffee club outside each morning. Bar on floor 38 does nice cocktails and has a great view - but only go between 1800-2000 during their happy hour otherwise they are very expensive.

Beware what seems to be the ploy to charge for upgrades for all early check in requests! Our upgraded room was okay. Could do with updating. Room window leaked during rain. Breakfast had lots of choices and the staff were very friendly. Rooftop area lacks atmosphere- overpriced and a formal feel. Location brilliant right near to local transport.

Liked · My third visit, and I have always enjoyed staying here. The Executive Double corner room has a great view and is quiet and comfortable. (Beware the raised bed platform - dangerous at night) The BTS Surasak station is directly in front and the Sathorn Boat Pier (to IconSiam, Asiatique, Grand Palace, etc is one stop away. The coffee shop downstairs is great for quick bites. Disliked · The Rooftop restaurant has changed to "high end" dining - and is very very VERY overpriced. The floor used to be unlocked all day to hotel guests, then serving casual food and reasonable drinks at a fun bar in the evening. Now it is locked during the day, the bar is gone, and the prices are outrageous, As a frequent previous guest, this was a HUGE disappointment.

Great modern hotel only steps from the sky train & close to river for boats to the Grand Palace. Friendly staff & Lovely rooms all with great views & huge bathrooms. Infinity pool on the 11th floor lovely after a hot day. Breakfast amazing choice & quality. Only slight frustration was the rooftop bar- slow service & very hight prices even at buy one get one free- still cost £23 for 2 alcolholic & 2 non alcoholic cocktails. Lovely at sundown though.

Just average. We arrived with an early flight from Europe. I had communicated this prior to the hotel asking if possible to have one of the two rooms reserved available. Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade but at a cost if not we needed to wait until 12:00, needing our hours of sleep and being so tired we took it. Very little empathy and the upgrade totally not worth it if not for the two hours of sleep. Breakfast just below average. Lack of service and not much fruit choice. I remembered better quality service in Thailand.

Great hotel in a great location with the sky train right outside so it's easy to get around. All staff are very polite and helpful, the breakfast area and menu is great, the rooms are funky and have great views and the pool area on the 10th floor is fantastic, a great place to cool down and relax after a work out in the gym.

Great location next to BTS (sky train, very easy to navigate around the city). The hotel rooms, lobby, pool, restaurant etc all very clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Need to give a special shout out to Beauty, at the tour desk, she was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend. We were on the 27th floor and the views from our room across Bangkok were fantastic. The only negative that I feel I have to say is that the cost of drinks and food at the roof top bar (38th floor) were way over priced. The roof top bar is incredible, and we would have loved to dine there and enjoy a few drinks, but unfortunately it was just way too expensive. Very few people eat or drink so there so it wasn't busy and lacked atmosphere. I wish the hotel could see that if they reduced the prices and made it affordable more people would eat there. The room service menu also has better food choices. Don't let this put you off though, it is a great hotel and if we return to Bangkok, then we would stay there again.
