Stayed at the world famous renowned nanahotel for new years eve , right smack bang in the centre of all the action , not a place to be if your wanting a quiet holiday , it's guest friendly if your staying in bangkok for the nightlife and the girls , it's a dated clean hotel with one of the biggest...

I have stayed at Nana Hotel many times over the years. I have not stayed here for a couple of years and I have come back to find many improvements. The swimming pool is a great facility now. Many comfortable deck chairs, a Jacuzzi, and available towels make this a wonderful way to start the day. The new breakfast room...

I decided to stay here on my vacation because it is reasonably priced and close to the nightlife. There are bars and restaurants all along the street. The staff is helpful and eager to please with a comfortable lobby and lounge. The complimentary breakfast is a nice buffet with a mix of Western and Eastern foods, all very tasty. My...

I booked my stay from agoda.com. On the website the hotel looked nice. But when I reached the hotel, I actually got the idea of the night life at Nana street. Pubs, pimps, hookers, ladyboy etc. Not at all a place for family and children. As soon as you enter the hotel it feels tacky and uncomfortable. The interior of...

This hotel is in the main tourist area of Sukhumvit. It's across the street from the infamous Na Na red light district. Its convenient to the BTS skytrain system. There is also a Hooters attached as well as another sports bar immediately adjacent. The staff was courteous and things were organized. They offer a free breakfast in the morning which...

This hotel grows on you, nothing is any trouble to them, breakfast is great staff are friendly. I have stay in this many times over the last 22 years, and would not think of going anywhere else. It is not a good area for kids unless you want to give them a sex education, but the staff do love the...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
