In the process of being refurbished. I dont know if it was known by another name previously but was informed by staff new owners. All the staff appear to be new and at the moment have been unable to find anyone who actually understands English to a reasonable standard to converse with clientele. At the bar it took 15 mins to correctly serve two glasses of beer as untrained bar staff kept filling glass with froth. Requested coffee & creamer for the room as the cleaner staff had forgotten to leave some with the kettle & cups provided but could not make anyone understand what I wanted. When I finally succeeded they said they didn't have access. Next morning asked the lady who was going to clean room and she told me to go down to breakfast. Upon returning after breakfast she spotted us going to our room and she ran after us as her trolley was parked near our room around the corridor. The staff in reception all dress in casual red t-shirts.

PAMPERED BY THE ENTIRE STAFF!!! My new friend I met that night in the Executive Lounge decided to meet up at this location before going out to meet friends and was pleasantly surprised and now no why Thailand is called the "Land of Smiles". Cause this is what the staff did all night!!! if looking for no noise and a relaxing place to have a cocktail, late night snack or even a coffee you must visit here!!! Ask for the three P's when you visit or Sam the bartender and tell them Houston sent you!!!

The location of hotel is very good and its walking distance from market side. Its very close to MRT and bus stand. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff support was average but considerable. I wanted to give 3.5 ratings but same is not available.
