Nice room but VERY BAD SERVICE. It seems a 4 star hotel, but it is a facade. A too big hotel (2 towers, >25 floors) which makes it uncomfortable for a stay. The Suite room is big and clean. We arrived at 15:00 and our room was not ready, they were still cleaning. They made us wait for 15 minutes... More

My boyfriend and I stayed there in early November. I loved the neighborhood, Chinatown is a great location but the Prince Palace was abysmal. We booked online and got a great rate. We asked for a double bed in a non-smoking room. We got a smoking room and two twin beds. The room reeked of cigarettes. It took one day... More

When to Bangkok at the end of may 2006 and we stay at prince palace hotel in bangkok. It was about 40 minutes away from the airport and cost about 800 bahts to get there. The hotel is fantastic and is on the 11th to 32nd floor with the outdoor swimming pool on the 18th floor. The room were big... More

We stayed in this hotel for one reason: We have never been in a skyscraper. And Prince Palace met our requirements. We had a deluxe room in the 29th floor, with amazing view on Bangkok, although the windows could have been a little bit clearer. The deluxe room was big, but basic, don't wait any beauty. There was no shower,... More

We travelled as a small group to Bangkok in early february so the main criteria for us was to have 3 rooms, as large as possible, as we have an infant. We found the rooms in the 'new tower' to be large and very clean. Our only complaint in fact was that the rooms lacked the basics of tea and... More

In the end, you get what you pay for - even in Bangkok. We stayed for 2 nights (Dec.20-22), and although the service was alright, each floor of the hotel room, and the rooms themselves had a strong odor of old carpet mixed with pesticide. Horrible! 95% of the patrons here are locals, so the hotel probably doesn't deem it... More

We stayed at the Prince Palace for 2 nights in early December on our honeymoon. The room was very large & spacious with large windows and nice views of the city. I must say it could do with more/brighter lights in the room however as we found the room to be quite dim in the evenings despite having every light... More
