Although the food seemed good from the look and taste of it all, I suffered greatly from food poisoning. At first I was unsure, but after 4 days of eating from the hotel buffet, I needed to go to the hospital. Also the wifi sucks

I've done quite a few hotel reviews for Thailand but this one is the most difficult. I got the impression, that as a foreigner,I was tolerated at this hotel but not welcome. I have never come across such a miserable array of staff in my life.I exclude the maids and the young lady at checkout for,at least, they were pleasant. We had...

Room: Lobby and restaurant area was a lot nicer than the rooms themselves. We stayed in the deluxe room. It's dimly lit and the decor was dated. The bed was hard... very hard. The room was a little cramped, no bath just a shower. The shower was a bit old so some of the tile sealant had a bit of...

I have been there for a business trip. It's a little bit far from city. Big hotel and big room. Room is clean. Hotel also has buffet for breakfast, dishes is average and not so hot as normal Thai cuisine.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in June. From the outside the place looks fine, and the foyer and small coffee shop are organized enough. The staff were effective but not too welcoming, and I am ok with that. They did what they had to do. Lots of tour buses full of tourists slowed things down. The room...

I would say the breakfast is simple nothing special. If it was not for the location and price I would not...

I hate to give it a 2 but the guy behind the counter was simply terrible. He could hardly understand English, the women would always translate, he was cold and seemed like I was a problem. I do have to say it was clean, breakfast ok...but I wouldn't stay there again

Impolite Staffs, Unfriendly, Never Smile and not value for money. No hospitality Service since we arrived. No cooperation between departments. Poor breakfast, rooms no amenities set up. Wifi is chargeable as well as bad signal of TV cable. I won't complain anything if we spent accommodation in reasonable price. I highly not recommend for anyone who seek an accommodation in...
