This cosy hotel in Silom 22 lies conveniently away from the busy and bustling Silom Road in a lovely neigbourhood. The daily market is almost in front of the hotel and the famous street food stalls are around the corner. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. And the price is awesome... More

this is a midclass hotel. spacious rooms, big beds, quiet, but noisy airco. breakfast moderate. wifi was breaking all the time so you have to sign in again. the best was the location, just away from the busy, noisy silomroad. there are foodstalls at the corner. you can walk, 15 min. to the public riverboat.

My stay was quite nice. I had a terrible headache when I arrived and they were able to take care of me pretty well. The staff has an attitude of service. They are accommodating and will always put a smile in their faces. Kudos to everyone! The room was huge for me but what makes it really good was the... More

This is our first choice hotel in Bangkok and we always enjoy our stays here. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are very clean with good quality comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great value hotel with high standards of hospitality. Looking forward to my next visit.

I revisited Bangkok for a holiday break and staid again at the Silom City. It is just a great place, central location in Silom and easy to reach via Skytrain and a short walk. The staff was very friendly and help full. Check in was easy, got an upgrade - a large room with a balcony on two sides. Great... More

This unfortunately was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. It's on a run down smelly alleyway. The staff was ok, but the place looks like a hostel. Rooms were small. Cheap beds and the lighting and view of metal grates just unpleasant! Would never stay again! It's definitely not 3 stars! More like 1!!

Sadly we only stayed here for one night whilst passing through Bangkok. Charming and helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms and good value for money. Allow an hour to take a taxi to the airport in the mornings!

The beds were very comfortable and i slept well. Enjoyed sitting at the balcony. Breakfast was good but better if there is more variety. Scrambled eggs were too oily. Some reception staff not friendly. For a good nights rest i will choose this hotel. i will stay here again

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
