Had a very pleasant stay here. The buffet breakfast is very good with lots of variety. The staff are very nice and friendly especially the door men who will call a taxi for you. My only down side is that the water level in the toilet sits to high, thus not effectively in clearing waste.

Large spacious rooms. Clean, comfortable and well maintained property. Rooms were surprisingly quiet given the busy streets around the hotel. Buffet breakfasts was good and the one buffet diner had a good selection of Thai, Chinese and Continental foods.Good bar specials. Large lobby with comfortable seating. Excellent and attentive staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and we cannot fault the place at all! From the check in experience to breakfast it was all fabulous , food is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing, so clean and the bed was so comfy! Will definitely be back next time we are in Bangkok.

Ok hotel, no convenient outlets, had to unplug tv each time we needed to plug in adapter to charge phones. Door card key constantly had issues and had to go down to front desk probably 6-8 times during our 4 day stay, very inconvenient after long days of touring. We were with a tour group who gave us bottled waters each day, which we put into room fridge so we did not use hotel’s plastic water bottle in mini bar, which they charge for. Noticed on last day after coming back from a tour the hotel water bottle was gone from fridge even though I knew we did not take it since we had water bottles from our tour group, did not think anything of it. When we checked out, they asked if we used anything in mini bar and we said no since we did not. As we were getting ready to depart, someone from hotel came on the bus and said we needed to pay for the water bottle. I told them we did not use it, but was not worth arguing over for $2 so just gave him the money. Seems like a dishonest way for hotel to weasel every nickel and dime out of tourists. Maybe housekeeping was thirsty, all I know is we never consume mini bars items in hotels in order to avoid charges, maybe just an honest mistake by the hotel, but coming on the bus to demand it be paid was ridiculous and rude on top of it being their mistake.

Hotel was stunning. Bed comfy, room spacious and a great view of a tiny bit of Bangkok. There was a seven 11 supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel. 10 minute walk to the sky train which is fab. Breakfast was good, lots of variety.

We stayed here with another couple. The other couple picked the hotel. 300 baht to Temples, 300 baht to nightlife , directly next to the hotel the street is a bit unkept and dirty , no place to go out and eat , except a night market about 10 min walk and a Mc Donalds , 12 min walk. If you just need a place to stay for a couple nights I guess its okay . If you want to do something you must walk to Skytrain and go somewhere else ( 15-20 min walk ) or take a cab. Breakfast is okay , not great and the staff does not give you instructions, we went to the wrong floor for breakfast and ended up at some corporate event’s breakfast , not for about 10 min did we find out we were at the wrong place. The rooms are big and the mattress was better than our beach resort in Krabi so the room and mattress gets positive , location is negative. View from room was nice .

On arrival although the staff were friendly we were surprised by the instant smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel lobby and it didn’t end there. There is no concierge service so we took our suitcases to the 12th floor and were met with a dirty, smelly room, the carpets were stained and smelt of smoke, marks up the walls and an unclean bathroom. I called down to reception to ask for a change of room which they obliged and we moved to the 15th floor, this room did not smelt of smoke and was considerably cleaner with laminate floors. We had booked room only but had decided to add on breakfast which was slightly more than we had expected to pay. When at breakfast the staff were rushing guests and constantly reminding them when breakfast was ending, not the relaxed experience we had had at other hotels. Overall we were glad we had only booked for 2 nights, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and would opt for a different hotel closer to the centre with better customer service and cleanliness.

When we got to our room (1023), we found a little bug, however we killed it and moved on.The following morning we found at least 10 little roaches running around all over the place. We reported it, and when we came back up from our day trip, we changed rooms. Now on the new room (1432), we have been waiting for our luggage for over half an hour, and guess what, we did find another roach in the new room. I called reception, asked how long would it take to have our luggage, they said 5 minutes, although we are still waiting, told them we found a roach, they said ok and hang up. Really don't know how to deal with this issue, whe. You get very little help!!!!!!! I was not able to upload the photo for some reason, but I have a few of the latest find.
