Unfortunately, our stay at the Hotel didn’t live up to expectations. While the location is great, right next to the pratunam area, that’s about the only positive.

The room was smaller than expected, and it wasn’t very clean upon arrival. We had to ask for the AC to be fixed since it was too warm, and it took a while for someone to come by. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either, and the bathroom felt outdated.

Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or helpful, and we had to wait a long time to check in. For the price, I expected much better service and room quality.

I’m sure it could be a good option for a short, budget stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit or if you’re looking for comfort and good service.

It was located beside Pratunam, where it is a shopping heaven day and night 24 hours.
The room was big like a suite. However most of the furniture were old. The bath room facilities need some fixing. Room aircon was noisy.
It was good value for money. Breakfast was included.
Follow checkin timing at 2 pm.

In the name of early checking, they have kept a charge list of 100 baht per hour at the reception. who asked for extra, when we asked for a glass of hot water, They demand baht 50. An Indian who kept two rooms, some stuff from the market and placed it in the Clock room in front of the reception. But Hotel demand the charge. this hotel knows money only and beggars better than this. I would not recommend this hotel..

We booked Baiyoke Suite Hotel for a 5-night stay via Booking.com and prepaid for our entire stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a wrong decision. The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no respect to guests whatsoever. It was a really unpleasant experience dealing with them.

The room itself was very old and poorly maintained. Everything seemed outdated and far from what we expected for the price we paid. Definitely not worth the money.

The only positive aspect was the housekeeping staff, who were friendly and did a great job cleaning our room. Unfortunately, aside from their efforts, the rest of our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sorry but this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Please note that the pictures taken on booking don’t reflect the decor on arrival. Food is poor, the whole hotel is completely outdated and worn out. Hotel is not good for anyone from the UK. Don’t think this hotel has never been maintained since opening. The only thing that’s good is the views and the location. Stayed for 2 nights at the last stage of my 4 week holiday and I will be glad to leave. £60.00 per night paid and I’ve stayed at better hotels for less then £30.00. If you like to feel you’re stuck in the 80’s then crack on. Even have pained baths, CRT TV, 3 power outlets in total and air con that hardly works and taped to the wall.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Worst experience during stay in Baiyoke Suite Hotel, check in date: 27th July 2022 - check out date: 29th July 2022

I stayed in 346 room with my mother and father.

Mr. Bhavin Shaileshbhai Parikh was handling this tour.

No internet wi-fi was working properly. Extra drinking water was not given by hotel.

When we used to fill drinking water in empty water, they won't allowed for the same.

No extra drinking water given by hotel, they charge for the same..

Its does not mater that you have end number of floors and outside amenities given but simple basic thing would not cover.

Worst experience.

Please won't stay this hotel, its just waste of money.

Thanks & Regards,

Mehul Fozdar

The only good thing about the hotel is the location which is right smack in the middle of pratunam.

The rooms are very old and look like the hotel is still stuck in the 1980s. Alot of wear and tear that are "screaming" for refurbishment. Air-con sounds like a tractor. The water temperature in the bathroom is inconsistent and can suddenly turn very cold. The wifi connection is bad and you're better off using mobile data instead.

Overall, I will never ever return to this hotel again. Not even if the rooms are free of charge. Just NO THANKS.

Bad rooms, bad bathroom, no proper house keeping service. They came to repair the phone, geyser and TV. Everything was not working. The air conditioner made a huge noise. Which u can't ignore at night .

When complained they changed the room at lower floors with worst bathroom but air conditioner with little lesser noise. Worst breakfast menu. Always the same. Don't waste your time and money. In this hotel. They don't care for customers. Hospitality is not even understood by them. Quite rude. Stay in a better hotel.

Agree with you regarding vicinity to malls. I am not aware of other hotels in that area personally. You may want to search for more hotels in this area.
