This hotel has seen better days, but it was still ok. The staff are nice, but the rooms a bit old. The hotel can use a little renovation. The location was not to bad, but nothing in walking distance, except a nice wooden palace, you can see from the room. The sky-train is not to far away. And also Siam...

We chose this hotel after staying at the Siam Bayshore, Pattaya as they were part of the same chain of hotels. Everything at the hotel was good - we had booked their family room which is quite spacious and easily fits in 4 adults; check-in was a breeze; the staff are very friendly and ready to assist at any time....

Stayed for 2 nights. The location of this hotel is very good and very near to main shopping malls. Sky train station is across the road. Room was small but well furnished with very neat and clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good. Our stay was very comfortable. Thanks.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel during the last week of Jan 2011. Its a beautiful hotel. Top Notch rooms, bathrooms. I didn't rate the service as 5 because I am being a real critic & there is always room for improvement in the service industry. Good restaurant. Good choice for breakfast. I would say that this is...

I really enjoyed my time at this Hotel. The service was excellent, the pool was great, the bar was great, the only poor point was the bed. Was hard as anything I can recall sleeping on but this would become a theme on this trip, I assume this is the standard in Thailand. I was there in the off season...

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The Staff were ever so helpful Cheerful and friendly especially "Lop" at the front door who would always know where to go and the best places to see. There are many surprising areas within the Hotel to relax from Coffee Shops, to Swimming Pools, to Gardens. The rooms were great and the...
