It was my second time staying with them, and I really enjoyed the huge King bed, like before. The bed and pillows aren't the comfiest but they were perfect for me as a solo traveller who did not stay in the room (or used the bed) that much. The main entrance (along the road) to the hotel is quite small and hidden unless you turn in, so one might miss it (especially in the evening when the streets are darker) when passing through - so it's good to slow the driver down when nearing the property, if you're on a ride. The staff were okay, and their customer service was slightly better than previously (my first stay was in April 2022 when Thailand was still in the midst of returning to normalcy and adjusting their border control orders). The hotel rates are much higher this time i.e. I paid around 1800 THB a night (I think back to those of pre-COVID days) - almost doubled as compared to when I last visited (again, when there were much lesser travellers and as such lower occupancy, I guess) - but I still think that it was worth it overall. Some facilities in the room are kinda dated (I mean, the hotel itself is pretty old) and the carpets and curtains were definitely soiled with stains, but I could ignore those since they were really not a big problem for me. I only hated the slightly lingering cigarette smoke stench, even though I believe the room was stated as a non-smoking one. I had included meals for my booking this time, and I will say that the buffet breakfast was average - it had western food items like hotdogs and sunny eggs, as well as Asian dishes like fried rice and fried noodles. The variety is limited but the breakfast served its purpose. I will recommend this property, with all things considered, including its location and price point. Enjoy your stay! =)

Good location, near most of important points of city (100-150THB via car-Grab to Iconsiam, Furama, Chatuchak etc). Good service, but unnecessary 1000THB of deposit in the hotel !?? ... Strange. Rooms a bit tired, AC worked so, so (no reaction to temp. changing), no reaction of stuff after reporting the problem. Cheap, average hotel ok for the price. Nice pool at the roof, but water was uncomfortable hot from the sun.

We enjoyed the quieter area of Bangkok. The room very spacious & a bath a great idea for families or just relaxing. I thought the little step into the room dangerous & caught my heal on it a couple of times. Understand the reason for same step into the bathroom & easier to remember that one was there. Found the towels didn’t absorb the water & didn’t dry us properly. Carpet could do with cleaning. King bed was huge & firm but still comfortable. For extra Baht we were able to extend our check out 6 hours which was fantastic for a cool down & shower before our late night flight home.

Staying at this hotel now, location is OK, across the road from pullman, rooms are tired, mines was a deluxe, it might have been 10 years ago, good size, balcony filthy with bird droppings, the hotel says you can't use the balcony for safety reasons, however mine was accessible. The selling point for the hotel is the amazing roof top pool, great staff, draught beer. But again, being Thailand, the whole pool area is ruined by selfish smokers, as it's outdoors they can smoke around the pool, parents were taking there kids back to their rooms due to the plumes of smoke from these selfish vermin, most of them foreign, and I assume in their home country it would not be acceptable, just cos your in thailand, doesn't mean you leave your manners at the airport upon entry!. This really needs addressing by the management, and for this reason, and the tired musty smelling rooms, I would not return.

Have stayed several times over the years. The hotel is in a great location with a fabulous roof top pool. The rooms are large with a separate seating area. The hotel is beginning to show its age despite a minor upgrade. Good breakfast. Hotel adequate enough for a 3 day stay

The pandemic has meant this hotel is quiet, the buffet limited, but the prices reduced so worth 4 stars. The deluxe rooms are pretty good. Nice bathrooms. My past experience with superior rooms are that they are not good. The pool is nice. The cardio in the gym is terrible but it has a reasonable range of weights meaning it is OK. The hotel has a sombre feel but maybe as people return it will be better.

After covid, when the hotel was closed you had plenty of time to renovate the hotel or at least clean it. They chose to do nothing, save money and deteriorate. The balcony that should be locked at all times for security reasons was open. The breakfast was better before covid. For westeners cereal, toast and scrambled eggs is available.  The rest is all for Asian visitors. The baked Beans and cheese slices has disappeared from the breakfast, cost cutting I guess. The breakfast bar side had fallen off and not replaced. The 80’s style laminated wood effect table in the breakfast hall is so dated and makes budget hotels look posh. The pool area is only good for a view. The pool hasn’t be maintained at all. Had to wait for staff to go to the pool to give me the towels. Dirty floors only need cleaning and decking needs painting. Room floors are stained. Tv programs are very basic and limited for English speakers. I will try another hotel until this is back to standard.

One of the reasons that I chose this hotel was that they offered WiFi. When I asked for the password checking in I was told that there was NO WiFi. That caused me to miss several important telephone calls from friends. They promoted room cleaning every three days. On my 4th day there I discovered a pair of used men's underwear when I pushed the couch to a little better position. To me it indicated that the room had not been cleaned properly before I checked in. I also had to call the front desk to have the trash cans emptied. I had to call again the next day before someone came to empty them. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked and was open the entire time I was there. The hotel could use a major renovation. On the plus side, the room was large and bright, the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice and it was a great location for me.

One word - the hotel need to be renovated. Soon. My room was superior. At photos it looks very light, nice. But just in photos. For me it was okey, I just slept in my room, without spending a lot of time watching TV (only 1 or 2 channels in english) or sitting on the couch. Towels were extremely old, shower with a little flying insects (I don’t know where are they from), you can not use a lot of shower’s water because its going very slowly to the drainage Fridge was very old and loud. I can not sleep with air conditioner, it was very loud. I haven’t got a WIFI in my room (maybe a router quite far, because in other areas I got). Breakfast - economical option. Taste was not so good, but you can eat basic things (bread, egg, ham, fruits). It was strange, there weren’t any lights near the bed. Usually, I am not writing reviews, but I am a bit angry. I stayed in some different hotels in Bangkok for the same price - this one was the worst.
