We stayed her for 3 nights in December with our 2 daughters. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and it was lovely. Rooms were good, pool was lovely, didn't get busy until the afternoon.
We have stayed in Bangkok before and found this hotel a little out of the way of where we wanted to go so ended up getting lots of taxis, which are reasonably cheap but you do sit in traffic for ages. No nearby sky train station.

The hotel do food outside in the evenings but it's expensive. We went directly across the road, the street food there is great, inexpensive and lots of locals and tourists were eating there.

Beds were a bit hard, but room was OK and clean. Rooms could do with a bit of an overhaul. Door staff were excellent as is the concierge who can't do enough for you.

Good breakfast selection but get there before 9.00 as it gets very busy.

We spent the final 2 nights of our trip at the twin towers before returning home. Our travel agent booked this hotel and his other bookings weren't very good so we were a bit hesitant. After further research showing only a 3 star didn't help our confidence. However, we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived from the airport at how nice the hotel is. Its not in a very nice or central area of the city. You would have to take taxi or tuktuk to get anywhere but as for the hotel, i dont any major complaints. The room is clean, big and comfortable. Yes, the lighting could be a bit brighter and the bed perhaps not so firm but everything else was nice. Everything in the room is controlled by a main console located next to the bed, including the A/C (very important for shutting down the AC in middle of the night). BTW, the hotel lobby is the biggest, cleanest, and well air conditioned lobby I've ever been in. This place has my vote . It lost a star because the extra firm bed was a bit hard to sleep on.

Hotel itself is quite an outdated style, however you will get a spacious clean and tidy room equiped with " bathtub " which I like it ♥️. A convenient store is next to the hotel. Local street foods are also available after sunset ( you may need to walk a bit ) MBK, shops and restaurants are also nearby within 10 mins by walking. Wifi is fair as it's always cut off.

Rooms are clean and large but poorly lit. Lobby grand but impersonal. Area surrounding hotel was very uninviting on the wet evening we arrived,so we ate in. The restaurant had a very limited menu but the one vegetarian option, spaghetti with tomato sauce, was fine. Overall it was ok, but nothing to do in the immediate vicinity and very unpleasant to walk around with lots of traffic and inadequate footpaths.

My recent stay at Twin Tower Hotel was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Ice, Golf, and Jill at the Front Office. Their warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail ensured a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel's modern amenities and central location further enhanced my visit, making it a memorable stay. I highly recommend Twin Tower Hotel for anyone looking for impeccable service and a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Just stayed here for a few nights. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. A little bit out of the way so you will need local taxis to get around. Also the hotel bar is currently being refurbished with no ETA when it will be finished other than that I could not fault the hotel.

My fiancee and I stayed here for two nights at the end of July and totally loved the hotel. As far as asian hotels go, i've been to 5 star down to one star in bali, singapore, malaysia, tokyo and hong kong and think this hotel represents great value for money. We took one of the package deals advertised on their web site and received a few nice extras like breakfast, daily newspaper, fruit basket, free tuk tuk ride, welcome drink and some discounts around the hotel.

For those who want to stay in the hotel and not leave, the food is a little pricey compared to what you can get out in the various eateries and food halls around the place, but the ambiance and fine dining experience they offer make up for it. We ate in one night and has the buffet breakfast each morning and could not have been more happy.

The staff were excellent and so helpful that we managed to make the most of our stopover and will definitely be back. Their website is a good and honest representation of their hotel.

Booked the room for 13 nights, using it as a base while we travelled south to Hua Hin for a few days and then North to Vientiane for four days. The floor above ours was being renovated when we first arrived. The work was meant to start at 10am, but started much earlier, so we asked to be moved which they did without question (very good service). Both rooms we saw were comfertable and ours was cleaned everyday (not that it needed it) and they had the policy of not replacing towels that were not on the floor (very good).

There is a boutique area around the main lobby catering for people who do not leave the hotel but have to buy somthing. That I can't understand as one of the main shopping areas is less than five minutes away!!

Lobby bar is excellent for people watching as all guests have to walk past the bar to get to their rooms. The prices are a bit more expensive than bars outside the hotel - but what do you expect from a hotel bar!! The resteraunts within the hotel were also a bit more expensive than those outside, however the food was excellent and you get what you pay for!

I can't fault the service it was excellent. Staff willing to help all the time and are appreciative of any tip you give them. Taxis could be booked from the porter - so you didn't get ripped off. Saying that, the most expensive taxi ride we had was 65 Baht (£1), can't be bad.

All in all a good city hotel.

The hotel is nice and very clean. Our room was massive with everything we needed in it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's handy for the skytrain and the big shopping centres but there is nowhere within walking distance to eat out in the evenings. The bar cashes in on this and charges over the odds for drinks (compared with other places in Bangkok - still cheap for the English!) We have previously stayed at the Viengtai on Khaosan Rd and I prefer this for the choice of somewhere to go in the evenings. But if you're just looking for a quiet stopover this hotel is worth a visit.
