Just stayed here for a few nights. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. A little bit out of the way so you will need local taxis to get around. Also the hotel bar is currently being refurbished with no ETA when it will be finished other than that I could not fault the hotel.

We spent the final 2 nights of our trip at the twin towers before returning home. Our travel agent booked this hotel and his other bookings weren't very good so we were a bit hesitant. After further research showing only a 3 star didn't help our confidence. However, we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived from the airport at how nice the hotel is. Its not in a very nice or central area of the city. You would have to take taxi or tuktuk to get anywhere but as for the hotel, i dont any major complaints. The room is clean, big and comfortable. Yes, the lighting could be a bit brighter and the bed perhaps not so firm but everything else was nice. Everything in the room is controlled by a main console located next to the bed, including the A/C (very important for shutting down the AC in middle of the night). BTW, the hotel lobby is the biggest, cleanest, and well air conditioned lobby I've ever been in. This place has my vote . It lost a star because the extra firm bed was a bit hard to sleep on.

We stayed her for 3 nights in December with our 2 daughters. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and it was lovely. Rooms were good, pool was lovely, didn't get busy until the afternoon. We have stayed in Bangkok before and found this hotel a little out of the way of where we wanted to go so ended up getting lots of taxis, which are reasonably cheap but you do sit in traffic for ages. No nearby sky train station. The hotel do food outside in the evenings but it's expensive. We went directly across the road, the street food there is great, inexpensive and lots of locals and tourists were eating there. Beds were a bit hard, but room was OK and clean. Rooms could do with a bit of an overhaul. Door staff were excellent as is the concierge who can't do enough for you. Good breakfast selection but get there before 9.00 as it gets very busy.

We stayed 2 nights here. Little bit distance from Hua Lamphong or the nearest BTS. Room is little big run down. Plus point is the variety in breakfast. By looking at choice of hot soy milk, this is targeting at China tourist. Overall stay was Okay.

Be careful about the street restaurant in front of hotel, they overcharged price of food. We asked for the menu, was 100 baht and the wanted 150 baht for every food we ordered, we said that is a fraud and they got extremely violent and punched my sister to the floor, we had to run to hotel

stayed here for three days, initialy we arrived in a room with dirty sheets and a non working ac, which was luckily quickly fixed. The rooms are very dated and beds and pillows are of really bad quality. American breakfast with sushi, gyoza , pork rice soup, dumplings, tofu etc? not much american about it. Also they say the breakfast is till 10:00 but they stop refills at 9:30 , at 9:45 they start removing everything , and at exactly 10:00 they even turn of the lights... When asking for a taxi, they say they cant call one, go look for it on the streets. The swimmingpool is small and ice cold, havent seen anyone in there in our stay, even though its 32 degrees outside.

We only stayed here as we worked with a travel agency who booked our stay. We specifically requested a non-smoking room and upon checking in, our room smelled like the entire Great Gatsby party finished their grand ball, cigarettes and all. I promptly called the front desk and they did switch our room, so that was a plus- but everything is quite dark and definitely outdated. You get the basics, but I see no way that this place could possibly be a 4 star hotel. The complimentary breakfast is nothing to write home about, you are better off finding items at the 711 next door. I would say the best items at the buffet were the pineapple, watermelon and the hot tea... and that's not a good thing.

Where to begin... I had my doubts on the hotel upon turning down the street it’s on.. Super run down and quite dodgy to say the least. After seeing the lobby, my doubts started turning around. It was large and quite fancy I thought, there’s even someone that’s hired to stand at the door and open it for you as you exit and enter the hotel. I really had high hopes for the room after seeing it, but sadly I was nothing less of disappointed. Before I even got to see my room, I had to pay a $100 deposit (in my home currency, being Australia) which was shocking as this is not stated anywhere online! From there onwards it went downhill. After finally getting the key to my room and exiting the elevator on my designated floor, the first thing I could smell was smoke from cigarettes. Let me tell you that it wasn’t faint either, it was as if they were smoking right outside the elevator (which they shouldn’t have been as it is a non smoking hotel). After entering my hotel room and spending no more than 30 minutes in it, I had a list of things that were wrong. There is NO safe in the room to put your passports and valuables in, the bath water is DIRTY, the sheets and EVERY piece of furniture in the room was stained and smelled. The air conditioning is pre set, the bathroom had spider webs and hair from the previous people on the shower wall! The ONLY power outlet was about to fall out of the wall and was on the complete opposite side of the room to the bed so you couldn’t charge your phone and the convenience of it next to your head. Not to mention the amount of cockroaches I found! Dead & alive The hotel pool was dirty and felt slimy, the pool chairs are all undercover with no area to tan, the 7/11 connected to the hotel lobby was always packed with a minimum of 20 other people (even at 11pm!) as it’s a stop for tour buses either to their hotel or airport? You get harassed by people as soon as you step foot outside the lobby, shouting ‘taxi’ or ‘tour’. And for the only reason me staying here, being the price and convenient walking distance to MBK centre, I was disappointed with both. The price for the room is literally a joke and double the walking distance to MBK from the hotel as advertised on their website when booking Will definitely never stay there again

Dear Guest, Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the experienced shortfalls during your stay. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide to our guests of our hotel. We would like to reassure you all necessary implications are being reviewed into your room condition state. Further action will then be taken with the department head to avoid any further occurrences. Thank you once again for your constructive feedback and we hope it will not deter you from providing us with the opportunity to serve you better upon your next visit to our hotel. Kind regards,
