I had a chance to stay at this hotel through and quarantines time that was organized by the Thai government it is a shame that they were said 4 start hotel , room very bad smell, dirty, everything so old not up to day bath door rods, wifi every bad, bath tub are yellow colour shower-head was so low and bathtub is dirty yellow coloured , floor discoloured, bed low and mattress it hard not better than you sleep on the floor, noisy from room above you every time they move a chair, my fist bath room sink already plugged when I used it . Street food is better than the hotel food expensive but poor quality of ingredients no flavour.

The place is near to the Sukhumvit area and is very close to Chinatown and Siam Park. The subway is just about 10 mins walk for easy travel. Yes, it is a bit far away from the major sightseeing places but that was fine as we were here just for a night to relax.. and went for a city tour the next day. But Chaopharaya Cruise boarding point is just nearby. The staff is very generous and helpfull....

You get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel near Pratunam area. Rooms are basic BUT clean and wifi was fine. Breakfast only once as it was very poor quality but was not in the hotel to holiday.

Location of the hotel was good. Although, my expectation was not met to what i had expected before visiting the hotel through internet reviews. Also the swimming pool was under construction at the time of my visit which is of-course not the fault of hotel but i just did not feel the vibe.

This is an Old, but Very Large Hotel right next to the Ramada Hotel & opposite the Makkasan Railway Station in the Popular Shopping Area of Pratunam of Bangkok. The Lobby is Massive, the Check-in was Smooth, the Room was Good and the Bed was Comfortable too. They however still provide a Conventional Key for the Room Door & need to upgrade to a Swipe Card. The Breakfast had a Large Spread, but mostly caters to the Local Taste, so there was not much that we could eat from it. While there was a Live Egg Station, all they offered was Fried Eggs & no Omelette, Scrambled Eggs, Boiled Eggs, Poached Eggs, or Eggs in any other form. The Fresh Fruit Selection was also Very Poor with just Pineapple & a Local Melon which was Hard and tasteless. The Salad Bar was also quite poor. The Bread Selection was just Sliced Bread and a Local Bread Toasted at a Live Counter (which was Tasty), but there were No Croissants, No Danish Pastries, No Muffins, No Rolls, No Buns, No Yogurt, No Cheese, No Ham, No Bacon and No Pork Sausages or any other Pork Items. Also, for all the 3 Breakfasts that we had there, the Breakfast was the same and there was no change in any of the items. The Swimming Pool is Large and Good for Swimmers as it is Very Deep. The Steam & Sauna is however not Free even for Hotel Guests and is Chargeable. The Service is just ok, but whilst some staff are always smiling, many others are grumpy and not friendly. Overall, a good stay if you are not too particular about the Breakfast variety.
