The hotel corridor stinks badly , the carpets specially. The staff is unfriendly and also the service is pathetic. We had to wait for a towel for more than an hour and also had to give explanations to get 1 more towel. On calling them the staff speaks very rudely
The highest hotel in Thailand. There are 88 floors, the view is on the 84th floor, breakfast is served on the 81st floor. Swimming pool on 20th. Hotel has also rooms for smokers. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and always with smile. By check-in you will be request for a deposit. We recommend this hotel, we stood in room on 66th floor 😁
We stayed to this hotel on january 2 to 5 with my family. The location, staff, and hotel very good. This hotel have a big room , wide variety of breakfast at 81 floor with amazing view a terrace you can eat at drink your hot coffee while relaxing. The house keeping always clean the room and refill the water of bottle everyday that we stayed there. The offer different buffet in different floor. They have shuttle going to siam paragon which very good for us not to call a taxi. They have a golf range in 19floor that you can rent and play golf. They have restaurant in 18 floor which offer a good padthai and tomyoong and also the staff very friendly specially Miss Irma who always smile and take caring care of us everytime we are there. Thankyou so much baiyoke sky hotel. See you on May 2023…
Okay, so you're in the tallest building in Thailand and it's a tourist attraction as well as a hotel. As the exhibit shows on the upper floors, it was constructed in 1997, and really when you see the interior design and decor, maybe not much has changed since then. However, when you take into account the easy access from the Airport Metro, the spacious, comfortable rooms, the great service and the amazing views, this more than makes up for it! Pros The amazing views! Free access to the revolving viewing platform. Highest Sky Bar in Thaliand. Spacious rooms. Various restaurants with room service. Easy access to BKK airport, 40 baht a trip on the Metro. Great buffet restaurant. Large selection of Indian restaurants in the area. Late checkout (2.00pm) if you book direct with the hotel. Cons Old fashioned interior design (1990's). Unattractive swimming pool. Lifts can get very busy around sunset with tourists from outside the hotel visiting the viewing platform. Alll in all, a great choice for arriving or leaving Bangkok via BKK …
This hotel is amazing. Its location is very near (walkable) the Ratchathatrop and from the airport it takes 30 minutes by metro. Just outside the hotel is Night market !! amazing shopping and food. The hotel is itself wonderful to stay. We stayed 3 nights. The room was very big and we got the 70th floor. It has 84 floors and the top has a revolving view point which is a tourist spot by itself. The breakfast buffet had an impressive spread of all international cuisine including Indian. The prices were reasonable for the rooms though during Christmas so a bit high. Neverthless an amazing place to stay, !!
From the bottom our hearts , thank you all so much for the hospitality and friendship . Great and pleasant experience throughout our 7 days stay , definition of end to end service . Special thanks to Krit , Mook , Namwan and Wut for the authentic service and ensuring we are well taken care of . And special mention to the housekeeping team for the cleanliness. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back . Khub Khun Kap 🙏🏼 From Zul and Phet
Fantastic hotel. Great views great rooms. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and lots of facilities. Played few games of golf on the 18th floor. Food was great. The buffet fruit was excellent with fresh and ample choice. All amenities very good. Close to BTS and market.
This hotel is an attraction itself, many visitors arrive for the great views and buffet restaurants. Rooms are dated and quite dark but clean and tidy. Lifts can get busy (due to day visitors), however you will be given priority as a hotel guest. Breakfast was really good. Walk out of the hotel into an Indian area, great curry restaurants and a huge market. Taxis and tuk tuks straight outside to go exploring -know where your going and get a price 1st, one taxi refused to take us across to the other side of the city as it was rush hour and grid locked, however a tuk tuk took us on a bare knuckle ride using every inch of space on the roads, a few near misses, burning rubber and my nerves in tatter, but we got there. Or use the Sky Train which is only a few minutes walk and so cheap, standing room only (as expected) in rush hour/commute times.. We found the pool area nice and quiet, no hard sell on the spa treatments, reasonably priced food and drinks within the hotel. The staff were very nice, check in and out went with ease.…
Very rude, unsmiling, unhelpful and curt staff with no understanding of professional hospitality. Never ever expected hotel staff could be so cold and impolite right from the bellboy to the duty manager. Only good thing about the hotel is the buffet breakfast spread which is lavish and well laid out.....however, they should have more choices for vegetarians. No consideration towards customer service and think they are doing their guests a big favour. They need to understand it is the other way around. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
We Was here 8 years ago an had a nice stay It Was very good Coming back wasn’t a success Everything is worn down. Cleaning apparently gave long time ago Breakfast buffet chaotic, we paid for it but didn’t go after the first time. The restaurant’s was al the same buffet, just defend floors. Very disappointed
