Nestled in a prime spot, Baiyoke Sky Hotel is lauded for its central location, making it a hit among travelers eager to explore local shopping and dining venues as well as to access public transport with ease. While the hotel's rates are generally seen as reasonable, some guests have felt let down by less-than-stellar experiences and unexpected fees.
The rooms receive commendation for their cleanliness and space, offering impressive views, yet there's a consensus that a modern update is due. The hotel's amenities, including the observation deck and pool, are popular draws, but service quality appears to be inconsistent, with reports of both commendable and disappointing encounters.

We stayed with the family on the 77th floor. The room and bathroom were spacious and the beds were very large. We ⁇ .The massage service at the spa was very good. The resort terrace must be visited, the whole city under your feet.Outdoor buffet breakfast was good, should be done on the balcony so you can take in the beautiful city view. The only problem was the advertised exterior of the building, so the window windows in our room were clear, like in the buses, and prevented us from taking photos. We were able to buy free fruit, cake, sandwiches, and cold/hot drinks all day at the spa, thanks! We were included in the buffet dinner once. The restaurant was a little crowded and noisy, but the food selection was abundant and overall tasty. We paid $100 for three people, reasonable. There is a cafe in the lobby that serves buffet-free fruit. You can enjoy unlimited local tropical fruits. There are plenty of smoking spaces that provide comfort to smokers in a country where smoking is too much banned. The pool head is wide and fun.Housekeeping works so fast and clean, thanks! There are a little crowded street, businessmen and markets are setting up.Good for shoppers, not very convenient for those seeking quiet.Shopping mall is a 10-minute walk away. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's quite the place, price-performance ratio, a hotel that will make you comfortable. It's a hotel that offers a wide drink at a good price for those who want to know the city and local flavors.

Baiyoke Sky Hotel is a good hotel to stay at reasonable cost in center of Bangkok. Staying at the tallest hotel in Thailand is like an exclusiveness! Rooms are spacious and clean with good city view from above. We stayed on 47th floor (during first week of May 2024) and its was great city view from the top. Bathroom was clean but there was smell like that of burnt cigarettes'/or maybe the freshener fragrance was such. There are number of amenities and you can just stay at the hotel and enjoy them like swimming, spa, small golf course, revolving deck, rooftop bar etc! The Revolving deck on the 84th Floor is iconic! Best part is when your staying at the hotel the observatory, revolving deck is free to visit anytime else for outsiders there is a ticket fee of around 450 baht per person! Breakfast has a wide spread of cuisines including Indian, Thai, Japanese, Malaysian, American, varieties of fruits etc so its really hard to decide what cuisine to try each day. LOL! Having breakfast at the Sky deck was amazing! The only downside (for which we deducted one star) is some of the staffs at lounge, spa, housekeeping and restaurants department were very rude and denied any request we made. For example we just asked for a Do Not Disturb sign board/door hanging to which they rudely said we do not provide these. But in other rooms it was readily available. Also we once asked for small sachet of salt to which they said we charge 50 baht for each small sachet (like a small coffee sweetener sachet) so it was kind of annoying. We also had Thai full body with herbal compress massage at the hotel spa center and we found it average not that great for 700 baht per person! However the location of this hotel is excellent and you can find all types of Indian restaurants, Pratunam wholesale & retail shops for shopping, Platinum mall, Seven Eleven, Ratchaprarop Airport rail link station etc at walkable distance. The hotel also has free shuttles van services (only one way from the hotel) to Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link, Siam Discovery shopping center, Phaya Thai BTS station, Ratchathewi BTS station and Duty free Rangnam for its guests staying at the hotel.

"W had a brief, one-night stay at this impressive hotel. Positive aspects include a diverse breakfast served on the 80th floor (or thereabouts), the opportunity to ascend to the rotating platform on the top level, and its convenient location. The elevators themselves were quite an adventure. Unfortunately, our room, located on the 40th floor, was somewhat outdated. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, even when turned off. I'm confident that the hotel offers more modern accommodations. Nonetheless, the overall experience was worthwhile.

Dear Kores_kores, We thank you for sharing experience at our place in December 2023. Your compliment and comment are greatly appreciated. Further to your feedback, please be advised that the makeover of guest rooms and public areas is now in the progress for the more modern look, however, since the work has to be done behind the public sight in order to avoid all disturbances of the refurbishing process, it will take a bit of time to cover all areas. Nonetheless, we are glad that your overall experience at our hotel was worthwhile. We remain. Sincerely yours, Customer Service Director

To begin with The stay was terrible here. The treatment given to us are not welcoming. If u, ask anything the reply is always in rude manner specially to Indian nationals that's my personal observation because it happened with us on multiple occasions. The English what they speak in hotel is very confusing or they purposely do not want to understand. I had been asking for 2 water bottles and housekeeping to clean the room from past 2 hours but ( ONE STOP SERVICE ) which is basically for helping and assisting but failed big time to help or provide assistances. Finally has too personally go down at the reception for water. And This had happened twice wherein I have to go down if I need anything or else you are not being heard. After hours of waiting when finally housekeeping had come to clean the room she kept on the grumpy look. The breakfast option is many but again keeping Indian nationals in mind the option is limited like 1 /20.
Costumer service here lacks empathy.
Overall very very bad experience. Never would suggest any of my known to this hotel. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We had an amazing 5 nights stay at the Biyoke Sky Hotel. Mr. Ye Yan Naing gave us a wonderful reception. When we asked to be upgraded to a higher floor he gave us one of the 4 Superior Rooms at Sky Zone which had the most breathtaking view of the city & the intersection. The Hotel has a revolving observation desk, a fruit buffet, an amazing pool area & also a mini golf course. The room was cleaned & restocked every day making it so welcoming to come back to the room after a tiring day of sightseeing & shopping. CentralWorld, Platinum Mall, Big C Supermarket & Indra Square are nearby. Although there is no Halal option in the Hotel itself, there are many Indian & Vegetarian & Halal restaurants nearby. We were given a late check-out by Mr. Surachet, making the stay even more special. Overall the wonderful & very helpful staff made our Holiday in Bangkok a truly memorable one.

Got a room on the 23rd floor. It was very spacious and very clean as well. Hats off to the friendly cleaning lady in charge of this hotel floor.
The room offered a nice view of the city. The bed was also very comfortable and the washroom well equipped.
A wide choice of TV channels in different languages were also made available.
As for the location, the hotel is well-situated near malls, markets and Indian restaurants.
The breakfast buffet was too good. There was a large selection of food and drinks. I appreciated having breakfast on the deck on the 81st floor, enjoying the breathtaking view.
Last but not least, the revolving deck is a must-try. Liked it.

Very good hotel The Baiyoke Sky Hotel in Bangkok offers a unique experience with its panoramic city views as Thailand’s tallest hotel. Located in Pratunam, it’s ideal for visitors who want to explore Bangkok’s vibrant markets, shopping centers, and cultural sites within walking distance.
The hotel’s biggest draw is its stunning 360-degree view of Bangkok from the revolving rooftop on the 84th floor. Watching the city light up at night is an experience worth the stay alone. The rooms are spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and showcase beautiful cityscapes. While the décor could use a modern update, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped.
Dining is another highlight, with several restaurants offering everything from a seafood buffet to traditional Thai cuisine. The dining areas are positioned high up, so guests can enjoy an incredible view with their meals.
Amenities include a fitness center, spa, and swimming pool, adding to the relaxing experience. However, because the hotel is large and popular with tourists, it can feel crowded at peak times, especially around the elevators. Overall, Baiyoke Sky Hotel provides an impressive stay with breathtaking views and a convenient location for exploring Bangkok.
