We have chosen the Erawan hotel, because of the location. Skywalk 2min to central world / 7min siam paragon mall! Around the area multiply shopping malls easy reachable per sky walk! The rooms are nicely designed and very comfortable! I love the rain shower - the best part of the room! The best I ever had in any Hyatt hotels I stayed! The gym is very good, at 700am slightly busy, after 830am slightly less - the best timing to enjoy! The Manager sanitized personally the equipment, after the guest has used it. Not often to see this - especially during COVID-19! They are taking it serious! Love it! The @494 bar is an great venue to hang around with fantastic food and drinks, a must try the Cold pate / terrine platter, apparently all home made! Outstanding quality! You and Me is an amazing outlet for a quick meal on thai flavors - check it out, soon they are launching a hot pot, sounds exiting! The bakery has great freshly baked pastry and bakery items, they are even selling sandwiches, salads and portion meat like beef steaks, wine per bottle and many more! The daily breakfast is at the lobby level, great food and well handled with the hygiene standards. Those home made chicken and pork sausages are yummy! It seems there is a new Exécutive Chef in place - amazing food across the various restaurants - improvements all over! You can feel the passion! On thanksgiving we asked for some turkey - usually I don’t like the buffet restaurants - always a mess and the chefs usually don’t understand how to carve it properly! immediately they offered us to serve few portions at the bar! Is that not an Amazing idea? And the turkey was outstanding - even better because of the idea of serving it at the bar! Big thanks to The General Manager Edouard / the Director Food and Beverage Mitele and the Executive chef David!! Amazing team and we got treated like in heaven! Thanks a lot ! I can only highly recommend this hotel! A must to visit!

Hotel's Favorite
BKK for New Years. This hotel is very centrally located near Central World and Siam Paragon and also close to BTS stations. Massive lobby and extensive fitness centre and pool. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Love the bathroom - very spacious with separate bathtub and shower. Ample mirrors and amenities. Usable shelf space and storage. Ordered room service and it was amazing. Local food like khao soi was delicious. In the shopping mall Downstairs there is a narai Thai and a supermarket. Would stay again!

Just join meeting of Les Clef d'Or Thailand which held at grand ballroom of hotel. Once I arrived hear, really enjoyed atmosphere around. First, before enter they are hotel'staff who checking customers temperature to ensure that prevent COVID 19 with their smiles and welcoming. Also before get into conference room, they are hotel staff again (not sure security team) Open the door and welcoming with their smile, very polite. Definitely, all the guests feeling good. Ballroom is large and hi-technology which suitable for world class conference. Thank you very much to Khun Krissansnun ( P Turbo) who invited us and we'll organised for meeting.

My friends always stay at Grand Hyatt Erawan when staying in BKK. Chef David hosted a private dinner for all of us. It was just a great culinary experience. The first time for me but not the last. Since then, I have introduced other friends to this gastronomic treat. Chef David sublimates the quintessence of his exceptional worldwide products. I invite all gourmets to share this exquisite experience for the taste, the service and the conviviality out of the ordinary. Not surprising to see so many people for lunch or dinner in this hotel. it's just perfect!
