Its got to be the best location for partying. Nana plaza area a few minutes away. The other direction many bars and excellent restaurants on soi 11. This is a very friendly no nonsense hotel. They gave me a free upgrade at check in. The rooms are really nice and comfortable bed. Inside the room the air con console is on the desk and very modern. Big mini bar selection. I would stay here again. Ive stayed at all the others around. JW marriott is very expensive and I had itchy sheets issue. Sofitel has shockingly bad breakfast staff. Merure on soi 11 is a smokers hotel not in the same class as Landmark. I stayed at another one cant remember the name but Landmark beats it. Huge parking area at the back with rear access to hotel if you're after private access to hotel not walking past reception. You should give this hotel a go. You will not regret it

Stayed here to meet some local friends and the location was perfect for me. Nice staff and very good breakfast buffet. Ate at the steakhouse up the top and it was good but not great. Room was about the same, massive comfortable bed however. All in all an older hotel but still nice.

Bangkok has a good choice of 5 star hotels, I tried the Landmark for he first time and it will be my last. We had a club lounge access suite, our room was on the 17th floor. It was so noisy with the traffic, we could not sleep at night. Our bed was poor, very old and not the sort of comfort that you expect from a 5 star hotel. As for the club lounge, really poor. One white wine (Chardonnay)and one red, both were quite poor. This hotel needs a lot of work to bring it in line with other 5 star hotels in Bangkok, rooms tired.

Wow what a fantastic hotel Situated in the middle of Bangkok and close to all sightseeing attractions We had 3 luxury nights here. All staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast had something for everyone We ate in the rib room as part of our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations and it didn't disappoint The views from the restaurant were stunning We had the biggest steak and cocktails were lush. The bar at the front of the hotel was good and a great way to people watch! Thank you Landmark and all your staff for making our stay in Bangkok a memorable one

As always it's the staff that makes your travel experience something extra. Nice rooms, well trained, polite and helpful staff. Staff at club check in and club lounge is fantastic. Had my best pasta carbonara ever at greenhouse, and the dinner at Rib room and bar was an experience I will remember all my life. Thank you for taking good care and make our stay something extra❤️

Staff are great and always friendly + willing to help. The room is modern and well furnished, bed very comfortable. However, I was very put off the breakfast when i saw a cockroach crawling along the buffet! Also it took 10 minutes for the staff to top up the glasses for juice, despite being requested by myself and other diners.

Stayed for three nights on 20th floor room which offered a great view of the surrounding skyline. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Housekeeping was efficient. Hotel was quiet in itself however unfortunately had noisey neighbours. Staff acted on my request for them to request the late music to be turned down, which was appreciated. Used the pool are on one occasion and found it non-crowded and pleasant. Hotel is very close to Nana station and if staying in this area again will definitely stay at hotel again.

I was finally able to return to the The Landmark after more than two years (could not go sooner, thanks to the lovely COVID situation). I am happy to report I still think it's the best option in Sukhumvit for 4-5 star accommodations. I found the staff very nice, and disagree with a recent poster than said they were "rude" at reception. Not to me. I was a former JW Marriott guy for years, but I found that their prices went up and the service went down, together with the obnoxious devaluation of "Bonvoy" points, so I was done with them. If you have seen my previous reviews, I stand by The Landmark. You can pay more, a lot more, at the JW, the Conrad, or the Shangi-La and Peninsula, or many other "Hi'So" options around town, but I think The Landmark is the best bet in the Sukhumvit area.

Thank you and all your staff for a wonderful stay at Landmark Bangkok. I was there for 9 weeks and everything was exceptional from start to finish. Every single member of staff including yourself made me feel warm and welcome. I love how I was treated every single day. Roj (concierge) I’ve known for many years as brilliant as ever, Breakfast chef and all breakfast staff who really work hard made every morning quite special. Always lovely to return to a well cared for room each evening with plenty of amenities too! Amazing stay!!!

Don’t totally understand why so many good reviews for this place. Certainly not my experience at all. This is meant to be one of the better hotels in Bangkok. This is my 11th visit to Bangkok but my first time staying here. I read the reviews of the hotel before I came and thought I’d give it a go. I am here with my children and partner, so I have three rooms booked- a family suite, and two double premier rooms. The family room is nice, clean and super big which is great, here for 22 nights total so wanted to give the children some space, price if the room was $10,500. The premier room which I am in, is nice and clean, but small and not what I thought I was getting when I booked it. Not sure this is going to work for me for 21 more nights! Price around $5,000. My daughter arrived in couple of weeks with husband for the last two weeks of out stay. After I had booked the rooms I telephones the hotel, with my daughter in Law who is Thai, to asked for the rooms on the same floor, I’m on 29th floor the kids on 20!! So ridiculous. (My children are 18 and 22 so not so bad but I requested same floor). Check in was not good, one of the worst check in I have ever had. The reception staff were confused, and inadequate to perform the job. They were rude and dismissive. If I had flown in from the USA 30+ hour day I would have been on my last legs, luckily I had been staying at another hotel in Pattaya before this trip so was not too bad but the whole experience so far with reception has been awful. The staff could not speak or understand English very well. Break was bleak to say the least. Not again what I was expecting. It closes at 10.30 we got there for 9.30, the food was ok but again nothing special. At 10.20 the staff were rushing everyone out of the breakfast room and bringing out the buffet lunch. The whole breakfast experience was rushed and again not what I expect for the price of the rooms. The swimming pool area is tired and old, and small! (But still bigger than their premier rooms!!!) All in all, we have not had a great experience so far with the landmark. Let’s see if it gets any better. I don’t have any more high expectations now though. It’s a shame, there are so many nice hotels in Bangkok, I’ll try one of them next time for sure!
