I have stayed at the Landmark many times over the past 4 years. So when it came time to Quarantine in Thailand my thoughts went here. The staff was top notch. Although by regulations of the Government , amenities are regulated. But the room was spotless, the supplies were plentiful. Any request was handled quickly and professionally. The food was good and nutritious. I have a Seafood allergy and there wasn't any issue from the chef making sure I was taken care of. The nurse checked every day and followup with any items necessary. I highly recommend the Landmark once again.

Considering all limitations imposed by the authority for the quarantine period in Thailand, the hotel can manage the service for the expected value professionally. The correlated hospital and C-19 test service were well organized. The food delivered was acceptable, although the clients should not expect the hotel restaurants' quality during regular times. (As per all ASQ hotels in Thailand). A choice to highly consider and recommend for ASQ and standard hotel service.

I have stayed at the Landmark many many times before, so when I had to choose where to spend my ASQ there was only one option for me. The staff could not be more welcoming and attentive and do their utmost to make the quarantine more pleasant. Once my 15 days were completed I remained for a further 3 nights to fully enjoy all the facilities the hotel has to offer. Relaxing by the pool, rather than staring out of my room window was blissful. Dining at the Rib Room and Bar looking out over the Bangkok night scene was amazing. I look forward to returning again soon.

The Thais are very serious about the 14 day quarantine when you arrive in Bangkok (and even getting permission to enter Thailand). You are under strict rules, cannot get out of the room at all for the first 7 days. After that you are allowed on the sun deck for one hour per day. The nurse checks your temperature twice a day (you send it) and you get tested for covid on day 5 and day 12. It is extremely boring. The room has no character, no hint of Thailand, no color, no Thai design. You get one large bed and a desk, no extra chair, no sitting area. They bring your meals 3 times a day. The Thai food is good enough but always cold except for the Thai breakfast, which is very good, but get tiresome after two weeks.

This is an updated review. My stay at the hotel was wonderful, the service, facilities, and care has been exceptional. The operational system during quarantine was conducted in a very professional manner. Initially I had addressed some concerns about the poor variety of food offered and it seems a change in the menu during my stay had caused several duplicates. After having brought this up, the staff were extremely quick to address this problem and got in touch immediately. Overall a good stay and hope to return in the future.
