Just checked into the Peninsula. Lunch was amazing - pecking duck to die for ! Swimming in the pool all afternoon, they even kept a Private gazebo by the pool ready for me with cold towels on the ready ! The service and standards werevalready excellent but seem to just be getting even better as they consistently aim to exceed...

Loved this hotel. Centrally located on the river and their water taxis were always ready to move us around. Found it to be well appointed, clean and modern. The rooms were large and the bed was really comfortable. Our room had 3 sets of 110-220 combo ports so it was nice to not need converters. The best part though was...

Visited this hotel earlier in the year but just had a chance to write about it. The service of every single staff member we encountered was terrific. They were knowledgeable, courteous and made every effort to help you out. The location is a bit further away, but very easy to access since the hotel has their own ferry to take...

The Peninsula Bangkok comes with a reputation which it upholds. The service here is first class. Attention to detail throughout the hotel, the beautiful spacious rooms, room service and an amazing breakfast by the water all add to this being the best hotel I have stayed at. The little boats that take you almost on demand back and forth to...

I have stayed several times at The Peninsula, all times in a balcony room and also tried several of their transfers like helicopter, limousine and by boat. Perfect all times and either way the check in is always quick. Beds are medium (soft/medium/hard), with duvet and turn-down service. The balcony is small, but with a table and two chairs and...

We have just returned from a two week trip to Thailand ending with a two night stay at the Peninsula. Firstly I would like to say that this hotel is lovely and certainly a luxurious place, however it is slightly over rated and there are just a nicer other hotels that perhaps are slightly less costly. We stayed at the...

For us everything about this hotel was excellent. One of the best we stayed in Thailand after Koh Samui. The services provided were vip standard, staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Great Chao Phaya River view and convenient shuttle boat. The Deluxe room was big enough, very well maintained and luxurious. We didn't try the restaurant though as we prefer...

We flew from a four nights stay in Koh Samui. We wanted to try the airport transfers by the Rolls Royce which had to be pre-booked. Wanting to be very helpful, the hotel representative was waiting for us by the exit of the domestic arrival while my confirmation stated the usual waiting area. However, within minutes our luggage were in...

I stayed in a balcony room for 4 nights over a long weekend. The room was spacious and the bed and sofa very comfy indeed. Almost everything had been thought of. I particularly liked the cubby hole where newspapers were delivered. The quality of the bathroom amenities was outstanding, definitely the best quality bathroom products I've used in a 5...

We stayed in The Peninsula in Bangkok for 3 nights at the end of a 3 week vacation in Southeast Asia. The hotel and property are immaculate with a real feeling of luxury. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe Room which was nicely decorated in dark woods and had a terrific view of the river. The room was a very...
