I spent a week at the Peninsula with my family and the hotel really exceeded our expectations. Location: the hotel is located by the Chao Praya river. A boat shuttle takes you from 6.00 to midnight from the hotel pier to the BTS station (Taksim). Food: We lunched by the pool and had very good food for a decent price....

Even though there were some delay for our room over check-in but overall experience was fine. One lady wearing kitchen uniform went out of her way when she heard our conversation during breakfast that the weather is a bit hot. She suddenly served us the cold towel. What a surprise and very attentive attitude! We sorry we could not recognize...

A bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city The Peninsula hotel is a luxurious break. We checked in early and was given the option of a room on the 5th floor for immediate occupancy or a later check in on the 9th floor which wasn't ready. Since we had a lunch date at the Riverside cafe opted...

Great hotel with views of the river. Rooms are a little dated but very well kept. Service is awesome and friendly. The only downside of the hotel is the location on the other side of the river which you have to take the river shuttle.

We stayed for 5 nights in Peninsula and were really pleased by the whole experience. After our long flight is was a bonus to be picked up by the hotel driver, when we got to the hotel the assistant manager whisked us up to our room and checked us in there. The breakfast was the best on our trip to...

Beautiful hotel on the Chao Phraya river we could not fault it. The room was perfect and a great view, we were on a high floor with a river view. Breakfast at the River Grill was a grand affair with attentive service and a lovely buffet. Highly recommended.

I would def return to Bangkok and there is no doubt in my mind I will be staying at The Peninsula Hotel again and again. They put us in a corner suite facing the river with the most beautiful view of Bangkok. The service staff, the room, the common areas are all top notch. My husband put his shoes in...
