I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service and care I have experienced at The Peninsula Bangkok during my stay 30-31 Mar. It was my anniversary with wife. Your concierge, K. Tung and K. Pump and duty manager K. Paul, approached me and my wife with attentive, kind and helpful. They were taking care us very well and ensure we have received great experience during stay. We have been to Boripat room, and K pump tell me all the story of aviation which was so impressed and enjoyable. K Tung gave me a present and card for our good news. What she did for us was so kind as she is mom as well and understand how we feel because we going to have a baby. K. paul also provided hotel information which was very useful and also anniversary cake set up in the room. I love the location of the hotel, also all architectural design. Thank you again for such outstanding service. Kantapon…

What would make me get out of the comfort of my home for a few days stay at a 'neither here, nor there' city hotel? Routines like Pilates, Breathing Exercise, Sourdough Making, Kombuha Making and other activities to occupy my stay! Plus the excellent weekday package on offer until end of March. The Pilates instructor was exceptionally lovely; polite and professional. Breakfast was splendid and one is spoilt for choice. Try the lobster bun served hot! Dinner was complementary included in the package. There were two choices: Thai or international We opted for the Thai. It was sumptuous but food too sweet for the local taste. With the absence of tourists in this period of restricted international travel to Thailand, the hotel should look into adjusting their food to give that more 'wow' factor, ie - more authentic.…
We had a staycation and everything was perfect. There were also free lectures on wellness from well known coaches and instructors. It was a nice surprise to the weekend. The food at both the River Cafe and at the Thiptara was fantastic. I especially would like to thank Ms Marjoe, Ms Apple, and the staff at the Thiptara for a beautiful and delightful evening; Sitthichai B, Rallayanee, Theerarat and Chef Bobby!
It was a great experience staying at this ultra luxury hotel in Bangkok. My staycation here was perfect since I arrived and checked in with the Japanese guy and Maggi until I checked out. I do really love the room and view, bathroom is amazing decoration, lighting and marble. Breakfast was so damn good with all you can eat a la carte order menus. Thiptara thai restaurant is also nice for dinner :p
