The hotel was cheap. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was good there was heaps to pick from, you just had to ask at the grill area as you order it. It was in the heart of China town depending on what you want to do in Bangkok the location may or may not appeal. Catching a Grab or Tuktuk was easy enough out the front. There were great deals at shops close by on electronic products. There is a Starbucks on the bottom floor. Lots of food options in the area. The hotel could do with some genera improvements as it is run down in a number of areas. However it is cheap to stay here.

We stayed here as a family of 3 end of October 2022.
Only 5 minuets walk from the metro station so much cheaper than a taxi .
On arrival we were asked for 1000 thb as a deposit then told if you pay by card it takes Aprox a month for the refund when you leave .
The Hotel is undergoing a lot of work during the day . The hotel only informs you of this when you arrive . I had emailed the hotel asking before travelling and no response .
Rooms were ok and cleaned daily . We had a few issues . Blocked shower . Kettle broken . Lights would not go off in walk-in wardrobe but they were very quick to fix them .
Good selection of food for breakfast but the toaster only worked on one side and the coffee machine was always out of milk .
We didn’t eat in the sky bar as street food was right on your door step and the sky bar was quite pricey .also we noticed in the evening quite a lot of females who were not guests were going to the bar to meet male travellers
Pool is very small and needs a lot of work . Loose tiles and flaking paint . But the pool guy was amazing always happy and willing to talk and show you the sights from the great view .
The night market is right out side the hotel and runs from midnight to 4am so can be loud in the horns with people arriving back with all there goods .
On check out you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for your room to be checked over before they process your deposit refund .
All in all ok hotel . Will be better when all the work is complete . Fab location and great staff . Would come back to area definitely but stay somewhere else until the work has been completed .

The hotel staff are very friendly and happy to help. It’s in a great location and your near everywhere you can get too.

We arrived at night and the view from our room was lovely. However in the morning, when we looked out I can’t say the same. We was just facing run down buildings and have done buildings. It was much better in the dark.

We went to the terrace on floor 23 for a drink and our complimentary drinks when we arrived and it was nice. However, we have stayed at many hotels prior to this visit and I can’t understand the charge of 150 bahts for a small can of sprite. It was over the top. You can walk outside and get it for a lot lot cheaper.

The shower wasn’t the best. The whole hotel room was a bit run down and needed some care given to it. It could be so much better with a little refurb done to it.

The pool is tiny. There are no sun loungers or place to put your stuff. Or anywhere to sit saying that. And is in a very shaded area so it ends up being quite cold.

The people at reception were lovely!

Strategically located in the midst of Chinatown. Great location for those who want to experience the night market, street foods and spa massages. Breakfast was served buffet style with Thai, Western and Continental food choices. Staff were all so courteous and polite. The room #1209 was surprisingly so clean. Linens smelled so fresh and towels so soft. Loved the homey pillows. Air-conditioning was well maintained. Daily room service was available and they replenished our toiletries and coffee/tea. Fantastic roof top with revolving restaurant where you can see the whole view of the Chinatown. Overall, I loved everything about this hotel.

I went here with my family to enjoy late lunch in the top floor rotating restaurant. We've been there several times in the past and the view on Chayophraya river is just stunning.
My experience was just spoiled by the ground floor security who let's the local guests pass through the temperature check without any attention. He then enjoy to harass obvious foreigners to return them to the thermometer and proceed the temperature check repeatedly. No local guest (my Thai girlfriend and her mother) has to undergo this ''special treatment''
I will never return to this hotel or it's restaurant.

We picked this hotel because of the area and for the revolving restaurant. The hotel room was slightly tired and the bathroom pretty small. However, it was pretty cheap in comparison to some others. There is a small odd roof top swimming pool but the roof top terrace has spectacular views over the City.
One of our biggest disappointments was that we were not able to have dinner in the revolving restaurant due to private parties on both nights we were there - might be worth checking that. This was going to be a special event at the end of our holiday.
The location is great as long as long as you love the chaos and busyness. The markets are within easy reach and are well worth a visit.

Stayed at this hotel in Dec 2019 for 3 nights as part of an OAT Discover Thailand trip. The hotel is centrally located in Chinatown. Some on our trip complained that it was in Chinatown, why not in a more Thai location, but I think it was because of location to many of the attractions that we would be seeing. Many places to eat near by also.

does not match the photos at all and it is not even clear how this hotel can have a good rating.
We traveled around Bangkok and changed hotels with a pool, this one was one of the most expensive and the worst.
When I saw that breakfast costs €20 extra per person, I almost fell over. There are no sunbeds in the pool area, we had to lie on the ground, because it is normal to want to sunbathe somewhere after the pool. Beer in the pool area was more expensive than in a 5-star hotel, 200 baht per bottle 😀
Terrible smell all over the hotel, old fish or something.
Musty smell and dirty windows.
We do not recommend staying here as we have found better options for a lower price.
Or it is better to pay more and choose a better one, but just not in this hotel.
The price does not match the quality.

It's the location why I choose this hotel, when you go out the hotel at night... Hundreds of street food along the road. I believe many people will agree with me, the food stals attract the tourist, wonderful....
The hotel it self has a beautiful view bar, swimming pool and also the top restaurant which high enough to see whole (I'm too exaggerated) Bangkok and Chao Phraya river. I stayed at 14th floor it was nice view too from there.
The room was quite clean, me and my family enjoyed the time we stayed. The breakfast has quite many choices and good food, nice job. Oh also you can go down on ground level, the Starbucks were there too.
On the minus things only one, with almost $80 bucks per night, this was the only hotel I stayed which not provided bottles of water for free, there was 2 buttes in the refrigerator but they will charge you for that.

Staffs are rude and tried to cheat us into getting expensive ride. When we reject the ride they gave us an attitude. Rooms are old and the toilet floods when you bathe. The toiletries holder is loose and the bottle of shower foam dropped and I asked for a replacement and ended up they want to charge me when I check out. Electric Kettle not working too. Maybe try out Hotel Royal in Chinatown next time. Pool is a pond. It's so pathetic. Staffs at Reception and over the phone could not converse and understand English.
