This hotel was perfect for a shopping trip! MBK is in the same building and several other malls are at walking distance. All staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was very nice with a view on the 20th floor. It was spacious with a large bathroom. The decor is not very Thai, but could be in a business hotel...

Rooms are lovely. Amazing bed and so comfy. Views are great from the rooms. Pool area is fantastic. Close to the rail links. Really is a lovely hotel. Well worth the extra £15 a night approx from a mid range hotel - you can tell the difference !

The receptionists and concierge staffs were really friendly and helpful. They never fail to put a smile on their faces. Rooms were okay only; the shower head in our room didn't work properly, some fittings looked a little dated. Free wifi at 512kbps, for higher speed you'll have to pay. Great location, all you have to do is tell the...

We stayed in the executive suite, room was big and spacious, bed was nice and there was even a menu in the room for pillows, so you could choose what pillow you wanted. Pro's - nice room - Hotel entrance big and open, has a pleasant feel - breakfast was good, it had the usual Buffett breakfast, but could most...

1st and 2nd floor of the hotel have doors which open into MBK mall. This is excellent if you are there for cheap but low quality branded clothings and accessories. The MBK mall is linked by a elevated covered walkway at level 2 and 3 to National Stadium BTS station. MBK is also joined to Tokyu mall directly and by...

However the beautiful hotel & lovely staff changed our mind and we would Definately stay there again if we were to come back to Bangkok. When we arrived to check in,...

I've just got back home from Bangkok and I can't wait to write a review of Pathumwan Princess. The services rendered by hotel team are top notch, from reception, concierge to housekeeping, I have nothing to complain about. The buffet breakfast is probably one of the best I've come across, with obvious effort to provide variety buffet spread - Edam...

This is my second time staying at Pathumwan Princess. It's about 30 minutes or so from Bangkok International airport. Surrounded by shopping malls, it's the perfect location for those who want to relax and shop! Staff attitude and service was excellent. Our room was spacious with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast on the ground floor was...

This hotel is brilliantly located. A glass door separates the hotel from the MBK shopping centre. It also only took me 10 mins to walk to Siam Paragon Shopping Centre (up and down some stairs). I arrived at hotel at 3am and staff were very helpful. Airport transfer was excellent (they waited longer than the 1 hour as took me...
