I've stayed here a couple times and I have to say, IT'S AWESOME! 5 Star all the way. The rooms are excellent, the Suite is insane! 2000 sq ft. 4 balconies, 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, washer dryer, big bath tub, stunning views! You cannot beat this place. Lounge access is free Booze and food all day from 6am to 6pm, beer, wine, Chivas, Rum, cokes etc... Foods pretty good. They have sirocco, where Hangover 2 was filmed, make sure you get your pic🤣. 5k baht per person, 5 course. Drinks are expensive, 400 baht beers, 800 baht cocktails but goes with the territory. They have Chefs Table, 1 Michelin star and Mezza Luna 2 Michelin stars, they run around 7-8k for a seven course dinner , I think. The wine pairing is almost the same so double it you're a bug spender. Foods support to be great. I didn't eat at them. I did eat at Sirocco, and yeah, it's pretty good. I was happy. They have the best breakfast I've ever had a a hotel. Eggs Benedict, you want toast, they literally toast in a woodfire grill🤣 Gambit ham, sausages, bacon, they put each piece on a fire grill for you!!! They have everything, best I've ever had. Pool is pretty big and nice. Doesn't have the best view but it's nice. Best thing about this place is the service!! Staff, and I mean all staff, friendly, attentative, smile, say hello, learn your name. You got a problem, they take care of it, QUICK! To me this is the best selling point staff and service. They know you are there to relax and they make it happen🥰 I plan on going back many more times. Make sure you get the breakfast and lounge access, trust me on this one😘…
This was the second time that I stayed at Lebua... my wife and I booked the 1-bedroom suite on the 54th floor. The suite was massive & roomy, the balcony offered splendid views of the Bangkok skyline and the bathroom was spacious and well appointed. We did face a few infrastructure/facilities related issues though. For eg. the shower knob came off on the first day and our TV (which had Lebua's inbuilt software) hung. However, I'm willing to forgive Lebua for these two issues as they were rectified promptly; plus we have to acknowledge the toll that Covid has taken on the Thailand tourism & hospitality industry. One thing that was unquestionably brilliant though was Lebua's service. Right from when we were checking-in (the front-desk manager - Marco; made us feel welcomed and at home) to the moment that we checked-out, we were treated like royalty! I have never ever seen such attentive and prompt service... and I've stayed at a few hotels in my life! Elevator buttons were pressed for us, cabs were arranged with safety tags, shopping bags were carried for us, food was served with utmost care & love... as my wife would say, the only thing that was left was for them to cut our food and put it in our mouths :P I have received so much love and affection from Lebua, that it's going to be hard to stay anywhere else in Bangkok! Pros: 1) Service... unbelievably good 2) Size of the room 3) Views of Bangkok 4) Great food (including in-room dining) Cons: 1) The infrastructure is beginning to show its age... hopefully this will be sorted soon as the industry is crawling back to its feet. 2) It's a little far from some typical attractions such as Sukhumvit road, Soi 11, etc., though Silom in itself has a lot to offer.…
The hotel is just amazing... The service here is out of the world... Starting at a higher floor , we had amazing views of the city. To make the things even amazing, the tower club was a gr8 ad on for us to call a friend for meeting.. In all I wud say a very good hotel.
This is a 5 star hotel with wonderful views of The Chao Phraya River from your own balcony. Rooms are large, spotless and spacious, a beautiful bathroom with all amenities, Nespresso machine, fridge full of lovely cold drinks, breakfast and high tea each day included. Our stay was made easy with Kelly on concierge, nothing was a problem. Lebua made our stay in Bangkok special, particularly with all the helpful and caring staff, can’t wait to return.
Very comfortable and relaxing stay. First time staying in Bangkok at Lebua and it was a memorable experience. The breakfast is incredible and I would highly recommend booking a room where the breakfast is included. There is an array of food to choose from and you really get a taste of different cuisines. Although my check out was 12pm. The staff was kind of enough to offer me a later check out for free. This was a nice gesture and definitely made the experience better. Highly recommended and would stay here again.
We just completed a 5 night stay. We were upgraded to a river view room which was a great start. The mini bar was free and although soft drinks and teas are cheap in Bangkok, I love that. The service was simply outstanding in every area of the hotel. Our rate included breakfast and club access, and the variety of foods on offer in both was excellent and changed daily. The size of the suites are gigantic and the views are awesome. If I was being picky, perhaps some of the furnishings are ageing, but it is barely noticeable. Would have no hesitation in returning next time we are in Bangkok. Big thanks to the excellent team of people at Lebua.
Bangkok is an amazing city and what Lebua has done is that they have handpicked the most Amazing people and built a team that believes service is an emotion. Match that perfectly with Amazing Views and many choices of Lebua’s culinary & dining experiences. The dome is a class apart, simply put the most surreal location for their Bars and Michelin star dining. Truly One of a kind!! Truly a vertical destination resort!!
On NYE It looks like the megatropolis is under air attack when you step out of your room onto one of the two or three balconies your suite comes standard with. Well worth the price for a NY party in downtown Bangkok. The quality of service is unmatched and outdoor bar and patio on floor 60 make the scene for amazing pictures.
Wonderful to stay here again. The suite is spacious, quiet and the amenities excellent. The view is breathtaking. But most of all, it is the staff who make your stay most enjoyable. Everybody, absolutely everybody is extremely helpful and polite. Even the general manager kindly took his time to have a chat with us. No more other hotels in Bangkok for me
I stayed here for my second time and was not disappointed. this time I stayed mainly in the Hotel as I was in Thailand for some dentistry, and so pleased I got to try many of the offerings, the first night I had dinner at The Breeze! Judy looked after me really well, fabulous food and great service which continued throughout my stay! I must point out that the restaurants are a bit pricey, but so worth it! the view from the 52nd floor was just as good as those on the 64th floor! where I dinned at the Chefs Table!!! wow what a treat Im sure I got extra attention because It was just me, but even if I didn't, it was so so good! My room was as to be expected roomy and well appointed, and after asking for the door to unlocked had such a great view down the river! My room included the Breakfast that I dream of when back home, it is the best yet! and also the club lounge, which I used every day!June and Toh(I hope I got the names right) brought me my drink before I asked, they were alway attentive and interested in my day! and Ben in the breakfast room chatted to me as a friend which I really enjoyed. this place is central and I will stay here again!…
